Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam is 40-50mb the max speed that Q can download at, if not using Sky internet, as sky discussion boards suggest? This seems shockingly slow when most FTTP speeds are in the 100’s of mb/s. Seems like punishment for not having sky internet which can connect to 5ghz

@SkyHelpTeam Okay. So it went down at 10:30am. You took until 3pm to identify the problem. Engineers have only just arrived and they do not know what the problem is despite identifying what the problem is? Why has it taken 6 hours to identify - but not identify - the problem?
