It’s becoming increasingly notable just how bad network coverage on @SkyHelpTeam is, please folk think twice before being tempted by cheap mobile package, coverage is awful in so many places

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

@Barrington__ @SkyHelpTeam I suspect we won;t be alone. Moreland avenue is down as well as other sections I would think. There are works down eversley that we are crossing our fingers is not the cause.

@SkyHelpTeam thanks jason but since I used to work in Sky ADSL support I think I can safely say doing that will not help the whole street get back online.... if the system says "we are aware of the issue" then I would expect the issue to already have been logged for resolution...
