It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.
