The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated. Never heard from Sky again.
