Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke.
