Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam So after 1 hour on the phone but have now spoken to support and he very helpfully ran tests and then escalated to the `Sky Broadband engineers team, so I'm expecting a call in the next 72 hours

Internet still down. @SkyUK engineer was supposed to come between 8am and 1pm. It’s now 1:30pm with no engineer or communication and you can’t even call them without a 45 minute wait. Oh and I got charged £65 for the engineer visit. Make it make sense 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam @manuelaracri Sky still down in Chelmsford, around Tesco Miami and up Wood Street. A 5G mast ( not operative ) and some BT green boxes were torched by activists. out since Sunday 2.30am and not expected to up before Thurs 7pm.
