As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

Call and told to pay £40 for something not my fault. Been with you nearly 12 years, still have no TV as I'm not paying. Was told a manger would call
