@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

@steeleyp_ @JoeyP115_ @SideMullet @SkySports If I cant congregate with 25 friends then footballers shouldn't be able to play. Football really isnt that important. Cancel the season. Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

@SkyUK Please provide me with a telephone number for your UK customer services team, whoever you are employing overseas are treating your customers like dirt and I’m on the edge of cancelling everything including a soon to be completed sky Q installation.

@SkyHelpTeam you clearly do not value your customers. I booked my house move 2 weeks in advance, had the engineer scheduled to visit Saturday 15/10/22 but he did not arrive. The visit was automatically re-scheduled for 10 days later. All you can do is offer me £25!! Awful Service

@SkyHelpTeam I've been a Sky customer for almost 30y but no longer. I had an engineer visit to install Sky Q (house move) cancelled by you with no notice and now no one can re-attend for 10 days! I pay you a fortune every month so how about showing some proper customer service?
