Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I've tried all this weeks ago. Like I said, I'm not doing anything different to what I've done in the past 7 year and I've never had a problem like this before. I've recently upgraded and ive got the latest router going so I shouldn't be having these problems.

@SkyHelpTeam The advised me that it was something O was doing wrong because everything is fine at Skys end. I told the person that I'm not doing anything different. I've been a Sky customer for 7 years and I'm not doing anything different to what I've done in the past 7 year

Massive fail @SkyUK. My mother, 81 and in isolation finally, after hrs on the phone, spoke to a human that confirmed she needs a new Sky box. When can you come to fit? 31st Dec. With all your £ms that is the service you provide? Disgusted.
