@SkyHelpTeam Yes we had the Tv package installed weeks ago with no issues as part of our recent home move. Now we are being continually fobbed off with text messages to advise us of a delay to the phone line install. I’ve called three times now and still no progress!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK your sky mini boxes are useless!!! 4 engineer visits and mine still doesn't work. Sky plus worked fine. Your engineers cant fix it so I am paying for what??? Please can I either have it wired in or my old equipment back.
