@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@DisneyPlusHelp my Disney plus app keeps freezing on my @SkyUK q box. Kids are getting fed up with not being able to watch anything, and I’m getting fed up with paying for something that doesn’t work properly! Any fix for this?

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

@SkyUK Ive received a 2nd message asking for equipment to be returned. I left because of poor service. Even now I'm still waiting for this elusive box. Twice I have called. Only now I'm being told "tuff we will charge you"! Send it recorded, then I will send it back recorded. 👎

@SkyHelpTeam - how can I get help with my sky q? Internet speed test on other devices is 50mbps yet downloads on my sky q boxes are taking hours and apps are forever buffering. Tried wired and Wi-Fi connections and makes no difference.

@comcast seems there are some real issues with @SkyUK customer service. Perhaps they could try listening to their customers inst as of dismissing them!!!
