@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

Day 20 of no #wifi hopefully @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach will sort the problem. Trying to #WorkFromHome from your phone is IMPOSSIBLE so far empty promises, unreturned calls are all I have had + offer of a complaints form. As a VIP customer very disappointed
