@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Well the same occurs frequently in the small hours. I see spikes being reported to "down detector" for sky broadband all over the UK. I reboot my router after a few minutes and usually the issue is resolved. It's not just me though as each event is consistent with peaks I see.

Very very disappointed at your service @SkyUK @skytv . She can't even put the phone on her bed as she is concerned as to how hot it gets, neither can she charge it next to her and you guys say the best you can do is a 10pds phone. @SamsungMobile speak to your clients!!!

@SkyHelpTeam lovely to see a £3.00 credit given to me after nearly 2 weeks without internet. It’s back up now and running at 12mb/s which means I lose connection simply walking away from my router. Contracts states between 50-70. Think I will walking away from this service.
