    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    @DisneyPlusHelp my Disney plus app keeps freezing on my @SkyUK q box. Kids are getting fed up with not being able to watch anything, and I’m getting fed up with paying for something that doesn’t work properly! Any fix for this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I no longer have access to the old Sky ID account so unsure I can remove the email address. I already deleted all my history and cache to use a new email, as well as trying on another computer, and still get the ‘existing customer’ error

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked and don’t feel these give solutions. I turn the hub on/off frequently throughout day this doesn’t help, the location of hub is as advised and I have an extender in place already. Currently there are 2 devices connected laptop and sky TV. Still problem after problem

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyHelpTeam When I check my sky app the engineer visit still says in progress no date or time is scheduled. It had gone down when I’d been at work on thu I noticed when I came 🏡 early from morning and went thru help steps and booked engineer. Days off are gonna be very boring.

    @markjamesthomas @SkyHelpTeam There are lots of people reporting pixelation particularly on mini boxes when watching recordings. Take a look at the Sky Forum. Started happening since the update for Amazon Prime but Sky as yet haven’t acknowledged the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m glad you think so expectations are not exactly high of having sky tv 2 mobiles and a work laptop all connected without any problems?? Particularly as have no gamers in house. I can’t see what guide you mean for a phone number? Are you not able to arrange someone to call me?
