@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I had no WiFi connection on the Sky Q box. Ran through troubleshooting and it reset the network but now we can't get it to reconnect with the WPS button as suggested, and your website is useless, sending me around in circles! How do I reconnect the Sky Q box to WiFi?

@SkySports banging on about recruitment, Thiago was crap last year and Klopp’s moulded him into his system and got him passing quicker, Grealish is benched for big games and he’s already a better player under Pep and plays 1/2 touch now. It’s so much more than recruitment. #mufc

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Been done a bazillion times before.Always told "no issue" or "speed to property is ok." Sorry, but I pay £20 pcm for mobile calls, oodles of data I can't even put a dent into it and to top it all @EE mobile speeds kicks Sky's BB to the sideline and beyond for less ££
