Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam The last time someone came out from sky it was to fix a TV problem when I told him it wasn't a TV problem it was a broadband problem he said he don't do broadband he just dose TV and he phone sky told them and again nothing happened

@waynemaw @SkySports Yep, same experience here mate. Not being there was frankly **** - no dressing it up, no hiding it, it wasn’t the same experience at all. Great to win the League but felt distanced from it today tbh - a missed experience you just cant get back & one I’ll reflect on going forwards
