I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable
