Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyUK Ordered new broadband start of June, had 6 cancellation dates, now there saying they can’t get to me until September! What a joke, my first bills is about to come out and haven’t had any service from them, shambles! Good way to start a new customer that won’t be here long!
