    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    Can't help but get a bit annoyed by all the rainbow stuff in today's games - seems like they do this several times a year now. Meaningless virtue signalling that simply covers up the fact that there still isn't a single footballer who feels able to come out #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, why do I keep getting ‘no satellite signal’ message when trying to use sky? This is the 3rd time it’s happened. Every other device I have is connected to the internet no problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I had Sky UHD TV installed today but if I try to view catch-up or on demand I get a message saying I need to upgrade. I understand from the forums that this is a known issue requiring a remote card update. Please could you help?

    @KateStewart22 It sutes their aganda and continue the bad news format and they probably hope if pif get enough bad publicity they might do a u turn and remove investment and sell up. The world seems to be totally intimidated by this takeover even tho we are 19th.. Skysports are the worst atm.

    @SkyHelpTeam So. Whe. You send someone out you have a time slot of between 8am and 5pm. Your service is going down hill more and more. So easy for your employees to to give the customer a couple of hours warning via text.

    @SkyUK @skyuk I'm a diamond customer (17 years), who registered for sky glass on the announcement day. I've still not received any email invitation to buy yet. How long before you start sending them out? Or is it just a marketing ploy?

    @SkyUK what’s going to happen to the tv service when you screw the broadband up? Bad enough leaving us with no consoles, Netflix etc. can only imagine a weekend with nothing due to sky incompetence
