Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyUK broadband is down. Cable cut by farmer. Easy fix? No. Sky can’t report to BT Openreach for 72 hours as a previous fault was not closed my sky from May. Result….no broadband…no working from home, kids can’t study for medical exams. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

I actually hate Sky. How have I not had internet working since a month when it was installed, for them to ask me to cancel it and reorder and them charging me more. For this hassle I should be getting a discount, not paying a higher installation fee. Wtaf 😒 @SkyHelpTeam
