@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t use that, I have to disconnect from my home network to use my mobile net, which then leads it to saying there’s no router.. but there’s literally no dial tone. We have no phone line at all.

@WeAreOpenreach Internet is down in BL0 0 after sighting an Openreach engineer on Park Ave, Ramsbottom. Another engineer just drove past. Reported to @SkyUK but no sense of urgency and earliest they can send one of your engineers is Friday. Can someone take a look please?
