@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam Appears to be an external line fault. Doesn’t help that we now have use sky phone data/lack of Sky on demand/Netflix/Amazon etc and no idea when the engineer will bother to go and fix it!!

@skyhelpteam can you please confirm there’s a known broadband issue in G33 4PG please, last 24h we’re getting regular connection drops for a few mins at a time, affecting a number of hours (Sky and non sky) in our street.

Absolutely terrible customer service from @virginmedia called and spoke to advisor who then put me on mute during the call then left it on mute without speaking to me or answering any questions. Helped me make up my mind as contract is ending so time to move @bt_uk or @SkyUK
