@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SueMcIntyre70 @SkyHelpTeam Just spoke to sky about issue at bb7 9. They advised it’s being looked at as there is an outage in the area and openreach have said they have an SLA up to two days to fix it.
