The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...π€ #predictable

It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First thereβs no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain
