It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

The cooling off period is required as its a new contract, same as if you’d taken out Q as a fully new customer and gives you no right to go back to an unsupported product
