Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, will your BB tech team be able to actually do anything about the line speed as @openreachhelp said it’s a line issue? I’ve had lots of convo’s in the past and just get told to turn off unused devices or try a booster. None of this works or actually resolves the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam No I didn’t, but I accidentally logged in to a sky ID I set up years ago when mobile came out but I never took so the ID was never attached to an account rather than my TV sky ID as my iPad auto logged in
