@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam This link is where I started, it leads nowhere except an instruction to call you. There are not enough staff to cope with the volume of calls generated by the fact that the online offering doesn't allow you to amend anything. I suppose write in and cancel is the only solution.
