Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

So I treated myself to a new PC, nothing flash, from @curryspcworld , installed my @NortonLifelock & connected to my @SkyHelpTeam broadband. What a complete waste of money. Connectivity is so slow I can’t even get hold of anyone via their online platforms to help trooubleshoot

@SkyHelpTeam Any news on the Belfast outage? I see you said "almost all resolved" but still issues in BT5. The website is not a great indicator as its been saying no issues all morning! And i dont want to go through a config again when i know its all ok! Just an update on BT5 pls
