Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam The line test isn’t accurate for home availability. It’s probably testing the line from the cabinet not house. The online system is poor and I have to ring to get support…oddly I’m working!

@SkySports Joshua might win the rematch against Usyk but any thoughts he might have of taking on and beating Tyson - or Wilder - are just laughable. He was totally clueless against Usyk and wouldn’t last 2 rounds against Tyson. Money talks though so perhaps a stupid mismatch could be on.

@SkyHelpTeam since August I've been trying to get support with an issue w/ broadband (openreach has incorrectly blacklisted my address from superfast fibre, multiple sky agents agree). Now being told you cannot engage with openreach to resolve this. Why? Pls help

@SkyHelpTeam Loss of connection means no TV without aerial. Contended or slow connection will mean jittery poor quality connection or waiting for it to buffer.
