Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam @PaulKelly3 The reason Sky are in no rush to fix this problem is that they have no credible competition for their viewers to switch to. If there was a credible competitor who offered all the channels I currently have I would be ditching Sky right now.
