Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@DJ_Daymos @SkyUK Did you know glass isnt an 18 month contract like q so if your not happy can continue the tv payments thats separate and go back to q.q also worked as a wifi booster so if your getting terrible choppy and basically not as promised super quality picture theres the best option
