    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @RonnyJacksons @owenfaz21 @SkySports Yeah this was certainly a PR error and looks a pretty arrogant thing to try and do. The brand was bought out by Swatch in the 70s so not quite the Lewis Vs Poor Family that the Mail are trying to create but yeah don't disagree this was a poor move from him.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our Sky Broadband Hub SR203 firmware was updated this week to 5.14.2249.R, which was released this month, & our WiFi performance has totally dropped! All our Sky devices have been rebooted, and this has not helped. WiFi was poor, but tolerable, before the update.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam why can’t I just speak to someone via your customer care number? Called 3 times and each time I’m just fobbed off with a text or a link to to go online. I need to speak to someone! Ridiculous service.
