    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

    @skyuk why is it so hard to make a complaint? I've had problems with my phone and broadband for the last 2 months. You have a new fibre infrastructure out side my house, and you insist on keeping me on the copper line. Other companies say they can put me on it. why can't you?
