    @SkyHelpTeam Says everything is fine, but just been watching a 1 hour show and we’ve had seven interruptions. Internet drops out. Tv stops with a message on a screen saying there’s no connection to Sky Q box. Tried rebooting everything, but issues continue

    Could you help @SkyHelpTeam? My Sky Q box looses signal every day at the same time for approximately four hours. It's becoming highly irritating now. Just got back from a weekend away to a stack of failed recordings.

    @SkyHelpTeam Wanted to know if sky has a date for Sky X to be available in the UK yet? Unfortunately my parents wanted Sky but the position of the house and ones round about the satellite can’t get a signal. They do however already have fttp. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I had 24 hours no broadband last week and couldn't work. I've just been told I'll be without broadband overnight. I'm in a cooling off period and would like to see some form of compensation now. I had no trouble with BT and think I should switch back immediately

    @SkyHelpTeam This is usually resolved with a bodge job by the sky engineers on the communal system and everything is ok for a few months, that's when signal problems start again. And the cycle continues.
