    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, reported Tuesday morning, ran 3 tests; all failed, passed on to “expert team”. Phoned back today, told to wait for expert team. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m paying for a service and you are not providing it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried this and it is still not working. The box is using the most up to date software too. I’ve tried restarting the box and the internet and nothing has changed. Is there anything else I can try ?

    @SkyHelpTeam switched from EE to sky nothing but issues. Number port and activation failed since Friday called everyday since still not sorted. Keep getting cut off. Been told it will be done tomorrow every time I call. Call me back before I cancel

    @Kittypixie06 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I was having same issues with my account without explanation from their support team, after series of appeal, sending mails and no response I was referred to cyberking_consultant0 on Instagram which I hired. They were able to help access my account back they can help you
