Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled Sky Cinema without charge even though I have another year on my contract. Sky changed the contract without the knowledge or consent of the customer. I love Sky but Sky cinema is very poor value for money. I thank you for your help.
