@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

@SkyHelpTeam Sometimes after an update the box would be on the orange/amber light and completely unresponsive with the fan spinning loudly. So I’m forced to pull my bad back out unplug the machine from the back then plug the lead back in then go and lay down and rest my poor aching back

@SkyHelpTeam No but the sky q mini upstairs seams to stutter, stop and buffer a lot lately, nothing has changed either with any connections even tried the turn off method was better but has an awful habit of repeating a few seconds

@SkyUK hello. I have an engineer booked today. I want to cancel this. I go onto mysky app and it says I cannot cancel it and have to call this number: 03337592621. When I call that number it is an automated service which sends you back to cancelling online. It is a silly loop.
