    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam And when these steps don’t help? Wait on hold for over an hour. Then he promised a new box delivered in 3 days (5days ago). Now can’t get through again on hold?? Cancellation only option.

    Sadly still not had reply from complaint to dunstable depot@DPDgroup_news ( this is the only dpd Twitter account I can find for them ) as per the advice I did get from my original call I will now need to contact the sender @SkyUK about the poor dpd service

    @SkyHelpTeam wow! On hold for 45 mins told I had to be transferred to another department then just cut off! This is not a way to treat customers!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, We switch to fibre in Dec 21, the pipe collapse baking the line, you asked @WeAreOpenreach to come and fix and since 2 months they didn't show up 6 times. Every time WE chase you for update we spend 20 mins on the waiting line to get the same response:

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Claire. Timeline for fixing was 3/5 days. That was 10 days ago. No update whatsoever. I was given assurances that I’d be called irrespective of status. Really poor and think the focus will now be on moving the service. I tried.
