@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyHelpTeam No they all stay green. The wifi has been up and down for a number of days. I’m going to try changing the channel again but why should I have to keep doing that every few months. I just wanted to watch some football on Amazon on the tv last night and it kept buffering
