@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

@SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

@SkyUK No hard drive to record to. Also any wifi/broadband issues and you have no TV at all as no satellite receiver for back up, and you a tied to a SKY TV set. It’s a step backwards from Sky Q not forward ! Won’t be changing.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm not doing that as I mentioned. You has scheduled works in this area last week and it did nothing. It'll be fine and then suddenly it's down to 0.1 mbps and jitter over 400ms. Just inform your team that deals with faults to actually fix them.
