@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@virginmedia I worked out the issue; I needed to watch something else on the tv go app which then registered the device and allowed me to log in to the skysports app... hope that helps give you something to go back with if anyone else gets similar issues.

@SkyHelpTeam . Swapped over to another package of Friday night, which looked exactly same deal as had been currently getting, but cheaper, as agreed by your staff. Now had issues with broadband dropping out yest and now today lost all connection in the middle of teams training.

How can we ever establish stability. Our club is years behind lpl and City as a result and now Utd sticking with Ole is paying off. It's no shock but we aren't going to win anything long term with the impatience shown by a poor @ChelseaFC board and some fans. @tSHandJ @SkySports
