    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no broadband. Used the help for connections and the website states you are having problems with the test the connection tool. Tried all the usual disconnect and restart in the house. Connection only 2 weeks old. What next?

    @SkySports When you think about the forwards thaybhave played in the Prem this is an unreal record to still have. I always though Rooney would get there. I think Kane could get there if he stays fit. So many brilliant goal scorers never even got close. #legend

    @SkyHelpTeam Moved to yourselves just a month ago and regret it constant drop outs (currently in the middle of one an hour and counting) 12mb/ps instead of the "guaranteed" 29mb/ps and near impossible to get help on the phone, will be changing again asap, waste of time and money

    @SkyHelpTeam yesterday we had no Internet it was a problem in the area.... Now tonight I've got no Internet. I've had to hot-spot my own data so my son can watch his fire stick for bed. Absolutely ridiculous.
