    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hang on, that doesn’t make any sense. What so ever. I bought it on the online store cause i cant use my vouchers on the box. Do you guys have a app on the PS5 or Apple TV that i can watch it on????

    .@SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me if there is a problem in being able to access and watch Paramount+ please? We can get into the app but as soon as we try to access a programme the app crashes on the main box. This does not happen on the mini boxes. Help please!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have told you the issue, your next move should be to inform your tech / IT team to fix it, why should I continue paying £150 a month for this sun standard service. It’s been an issue for many months albeit inconsistent it’s not good enough
