    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @MuttleyLD @SkySports As a neutral I never got the impression Tyler dislikes any team. But if he did, maybe it’s because Carragher is so obviously biased for Liverpool that he’s going out of his way to level it up. I don’t believe that for one second but it would be hilarious if true

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam This isn't the first time that we are left with NO SKY INTERNET/BROADBAND NO PHONE SIGNAL. Its the WORSE Internet provider EVER! Our sky cuts out weekly or even daily at times.

    @pplemac @SkySportsNBA @SkySports Who is "we" ? The NBA clearly gets enough viewers for Sky to keep renewing the broadcast rights. If you cut out all American made TV to broadcast just British stuff? Wouldn't be a huge amount of choices left.
