    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @soultwinjeff @SkyHelpTeam I rang them and did a full diagnostic then was put through to a REAL PERSON. I nearly fell through the floor. First time in 3 months trying to fix this that I have had human verbal contact. Felt like I’d won an award 🥇

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s across the whole house. The broadband and Sky Q boxes are so poor. We’ve been in touch serval times and nothing has been done. It’s unusable and totally unacceptable to provide a service this shocking.
