@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

Wow!! @SkyUK I shouldn’t be surprised but I am at the claim that you can’t fix our broadband quickly, even tho we work from home, as broadband you supply is 4 personal use! So what else are we meant to do? As loyal customers we’ve now paid to have an engineer come out in 2 days!

@SkyHelpTeam Told me all systems were fine and that everything was okay. There clearly is an issue as we have to reset the wifi 7 tikes a day and even when it finally reconnects it doesn’t work at all.
