Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues ๐ก

They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and itโs a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesnโt work. Please please god fix it.

WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
