    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam hello. My 'Household account address' and 'Buy and Keep' address is correct when I go to my account, my details, but if I go to 'Service checker' it says "checking your services at..." and a wrong (my previous) address. Can this be fixed? And How?

    @virginmedia just spent 30 minutes attempting to sort my contract unfortunately the person on the other end of the phone had a poor understanding of your services and it was a waste of time. You’d think it would be easy to sign a new 18 month contract. Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, the service status has now updated to recognise the issue with our local broadband. It appears to be due to a problem with the exchange which has been ongoing since Friday night. Do sky know if this expected to be fixed later today or tomorrow?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes! Ive got a child starting her gcses on monday and revision is put on apps and my son is in uni and needs internet! One service system check said it was adverse weather! There is no adverse weather! Im disgusted this has been going on for over a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive done it, said it could take up to four days to fix as its open reach. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service im not receiving. I know its not your fault and i do apologise but if open reach are having issues they should be informing you so you can inform us.
