    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    This new @SkySports Scores app is atrocious. Super laggy experience. Confusing UI. Adverts all over the place. They’ve broken the wheel.

    @SkyUK your sky go app is rubbish at trying to watch recordings of the Q box. If I’m going to just stream it I might as well cancel the sky subscription!

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this so many times and there is never a resolution I'm always told there is no problem with the speed but I should look at paying extra for fibre!!...apparently if I paid extra £5 per month I'm guaranteed superfast...surely that's what I'm paying for??

    @barbs33 @SkySports @skytv Hi Tom, you are correct. Desktops indeed support superior computing particularly software used to stream and pirate sky sports content. While not impossible from tablets this helps limit piracy. Thanks
