    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesn’t work. Please please god fix it.

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

    @SkyUK hello, every time I go to Rhodes island, Greece , I get my roaming plus text and then spend the entirety of my holiday with data for only half the Holiday. No cap issues and seemingly no problem on your app but I’ve had No data for the last 4 Hrs

    @SkySports Interesting call from Tuchel. Livramento and Chalobah are different profiles, but maybe England don't need a direct replacement. Perhaps Tuchel wanted defensive stability and versatility more than attacking flair.

    @SkyHelpTeam we seemingly have good broadband with you but our glass tv, and pucks seem to be buffering loads since our tv contract was paid off. Use the sky app but although 3 of our pucks show issues, sky determines our tvs are faulty?..

    @SkySports Terrible take. He is expected to be one of the best defenders in the Europe. At 19 he has shown that he can adapt and thrive in a top league. He's also expected to start for Croatia at the WC. Yeah, Spurs should sell him 🥴. This is why Sherwood is a pundit, and not a coach.
