@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

@SkyHelpTeam It's been bk up for about 2 hours now with no more drops so will keep an eye on speed as it settles & hope it doesn't drop again. We normally have a steady 74mg. Usually it's fine but since the outage in the week it's been a pita.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately i was a sky q customer had to move to BT as sky was getting really expensive. I have never received any packaging from you for my sky q box and multi room box and router; i don't have a printer to print labels off to put onto my own packaging

@SkyUK non conclusion after 87 minutes ( but last agent very good) waiting to get cancellation waiver sent in writing for a contract I never agreed to. Call back tomorrow to try again to arrange home move - this will be about 1/2 day work when completed
