    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried the online steps and they showed there were no issues last night and also wouldn't connect to my hub to test the connection. Internet came back 90 minutes later, but it failing again is a concern for me as a disabled dude living alone in lockdown who relies heavily on it

    @SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.
