Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

Phone wait time ridiculous. TBH seems deliberate to prevent customers cancelling/amending packages. Not waiting on the telephone 20+ mins when paying £71 a month to Sky. New customers get same package for £47? Make ours £47 or cancel! Ref (KMM51661330V63565L0KM) @SkyUK #skytv

Even when Liverpool weren’t conceding, it was because the midfield were having to give the defence more cover, so they couldn’t support the attack and the goals dried up. Now every team has figured Fabinho out too, so Liverpool can’t do anything.

@SkySports I'm all for woman getting involved more into coaching etc. But the answer is woman just don't grow up wanting to be a ref or a coach. Of course some do which is great but it's not that deep. Most Woman don't want to do that and that is not a problem?
