    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam @shanwhitefield I’m Melton and had no internet all day. The said they can’t see an outage in the area! Said an engineer is booked but that could take up to 5 days as they’re not classing it as an outage

    How is it that a speed test shows a good speed but in reality it's so slow. Regretting moving to @VodafoneUK for their broadband. Shocking service. Much better on @SkyUK which uses the same lines. Clearly some harsh traffic management policies.
