    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesn’t work. Please please god fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi team, sorry some confusion, she actually has broadband with a different provider set up through InTouch. She is using her Sky hd box as normal now so it is all plugged in and working no issue. The problem was that the installer (after weeks of being booked) didn’t install Qbox

    @SkyHelpTeam We have family on the same broadband setup and they are able to use their Sky Q box without issue, so not sure why the installer said it wasn’t possible 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam Strangely enough I don't live in one of these areas. I've been having very slow to near normal internet service from Penkridge, near Stafford, in Staffordshire. Very frustrating. This has been going on for nearly two weeks now!

It means their a fundamental problem that needs change.
