Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.

@SkyHelpTeam You know, that's the most human reply I've had over the last two days, so thank you for that. As for your suggestion to call the team back again, and waste another two hours of my life - no thanks. I'll cut my losses and just cancel and re-apply in 18 months when this one ends.
