No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits weโre really disappointed.

They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and itโs a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesnโt work. Please please god fix it.
