    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam That dont answer my question. Im playing for sky sports and watching same programmes over and over. While this happens I don’t think we should be paying for the service

    @mark_1367 @SkySports It’ll never happen now. Even more unlikely after the Leicester miracle. Salary and transfer cap is the only way it could ever happen, but as you said the PL, UEFA etc make far too much from the same clubs remaining successful. So they do all the can to keep it that way.

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re shabby. You reel customers in and then surreptitiously increase the prices. In this current financial climate, is that a fair way to treat a regular customer. And then you are obstructive with trying to sort it out. I’m still waiting for my new customer reward
