    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t need to activate my sim your service is just not working?? I have tried this method which has not helped the situation. It states there is an issue with a mast but it has been like this for a considerable about of time now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t believe the system that you use does not tell the customer if the engineer is not coming, I’ve waited in all day for nothing. I have checked the appointment booking on the link and it’s showing as rearranged for Monday? Not a great start to Sky broadband 🙈

    @SkyUK your Internet service is just a utter pile of garbage. 50ms ping spikes everyday and I pay for this rubbish can't wait to leave Sky for a better provider!
