@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SpursOfficial @SkyUK It’s a 3 minute walk from WHL station and a 30 minute walk from seven sisters. I’m a fast walker and usually come from Tottenham Hale which is 17 mins being realistic. I mean, at least take the time to not insult your fans with bullshit info designed for a virtue signal gesture

@SkyHelpTeam I am, again like last week, having to use my phone as a hotspot and mobile data to work. Not only am I paying for Broadband, but I'm also having to spend extra in mobile data to shore up your network's downtime. It's not really on, is it?
