    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam I messaged @skyuk for help about being charged twice and yes I messaged with you but you done nothing about me being charged twice and I have paid the bill by direct debit so if I had to pay more because I moved the payment date by 3 days thats fine but its not £94 .
