@SkyHelpTeam Just had to listen to one of your customer services team try to scam my partner by duping her into a mobile phone contact even after her saying no about 10 times. She phoned up about a huge price hike on TV & Broadband. Shameful service.

@bee_gibb83 @SkyHelpTeam If you’ve been charged today that means you’ve had over 60 days to return them since you cancelled or changed your service. Wait until they’ve received the equipment back and you might be able to get a refund if you are kind to the agent
