    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

    @SkyHelpTeam (2) it was a 2 man job so left, came today 6 days later 3.5 hours late! Supposed to arrive at 12pm, they said they had been stuck in traffic??? They were rude and I asked them to leave! Waste of time!

    So I just read the report on the BBC about the Sky Broadband Routers potentially being compromised or lacking security. If I wanted a new router I would have to pay for an extra service?? Feels wrong. Our Routers lack security so pay us more? #Sky @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer Cong out on Monday morning that was for something different but should I keep the engineer and hope they sort the issue? Thing is when I spoke to sky customer services the advisor blamed it on my Alexa devices which surely should make a difference as i.. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam We have sent emails, phoned many times, the problem is the engineers they seem to not want to do the job, didn’t turn up for the first installation date, I waited in 5 hours! Second time came 5 mins before the estimated arrival time between 12-5pm and said it
