@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

So we ended up getting a Sky Q box from @SkyUK and ******* it's awful. One of those things where whoever designed it thinks they're being super clever, but actually it's all irritatingly pointless gimmicks that overcomplicate what should be a simple, easy-to-use device.

@SkySports I have just realised and this is a serious complaint why do you remove the score immediately after the match ends so all my photos are in relevant of the TV screen well one or two for memorabilia you remove the score immediately stop doing that it's pathetic ...and wrong @###
