    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @anewark @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam They have been very unhelpful so far from the DMs I’ve received. No solution found yet but then they take half a day to reply to each message. Hope you get better luck

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyUK hi I've got no sky for a while till an engineer comes and fixes my SkyQ so I went to the on demand service to watch the 'flight attendant' only to find that i have to upgrade to use it!! Wow really!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @SimonEFC @SkySports No im not. I've said it was a terrible greedy decision. And I'm glad it isn't happening. But I'm also saying all these teams piling on are imo being disingenuous. And past decisions? When is the last time Everton would have been in the same circle as these clubs? 70s, late 80s?

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea why sky go isn't working for Xbox One? Whenever I try to watch a channel I get 'An error has occurred, please try again later' but it works fine on some of the Sky channels. Issue has been there since last night
