    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive tried it on the sky box and on the website, its not working. On the sky box whatever option I pick just takes me to the log in page, never a sign up page and I can't log in and I don't have an account yet. Your website still has the same error message.
