@SkyHelpTeam No they cannot. For a month and a half over many calls/emails, it's been mostly about how sorry they are. A simple search shows many subscribers have had this problem so should be technically easy to solve. But you are an inefficient company and nobody takes responsibility.

@SkyHelpTeam I've finally managed to find a customer services number and it's an external fault in the area, engineers coming to fix. Annoyingly, lead time is 2 days with no Internet. No idea why I can run network traces myself to see it's a hardware fault by Sky can't manage to notice...
