    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    Page 2 @SkyHelpTeam 2 agents read it the same as me that there was no change. Disgusted in the fact that they do not intend to notify customers the letter is not clear. Trying to lodge a complaint but they said will use as feedback !!!

    Page 3 @SkyHelpTeam You would think your bill would be the same but no it will have increased and you have to give 31 days notice to cancel. Beware they have no intention of changing letter or notifying those that have already received the letter
