    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK really have shown themselves to be an absolute shower! Arranged house move 5 WEEKS AGO! Advised I didn’t need to do anything else, just move house. Moved today, no services. Called; have to wait 1 week for broadband & 3 WEEKS for tv service!

    Finally @SkyUK have fixed our glitching in the tv, now just need to sort the phone line as internet sucks! But @OpenreachHelp apparently looked (from outside) and said it's fine... no we want a new line through the house as it's rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel father-in-laws Sky TV, on phone for half an hour enduring hard sell tactics. Thank God he had me to talk on his behalf, feel sorry for elderly and vulnerable who have no one to help them. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia I did - no help there. Was sent to the customer service team, then technical team, now waiting for the customer service team again. I just need to know how long I have left in the contract before @SkyUK can buy me out.
