@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

@SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

@SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam just enquired about adding broadband to my package and was quoted higher than you are showing online despite supposedly being a VIP having been with you for 8 1/2 years. Then came down to the normal price but if I build my package on line I can get it for £15 cheaper

@SkyHelpTeam No it is only the match choice where we have the problem, I normally go to the games so don’t use this, but the last 2 weeks I have watched Middlesbrough away games on here and had to restart every minute or 2, I hoped last week was a 1 off but it was the same or worse last night
