@SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

@SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

@SkyHelpTeam since the internet outage my sky Q box can’t access recordings and can’t pause, stating “this service is not available because of a problem with your hard disk drive”. Was this caused by the internet outage? Have to do a reset now which is pretty frustrating

The thing about the name #skyOne is it SOUNDS like the flagship channel. While #skyShowcase sounds like a "best of" or "worst of" or "cheap version of" a bit like Sky Three used to be. And #skyMax sounds like it's sugar free. Sky Zero, anyone? @SkyUK (I'll give SkyMax 3 years)

@ComeGeekSome1 @SkyHelpTeam Thats what the news was on about on the radio saying about sky internet crashing. Mate 2 years ago after so much hassle with Sky crashing sometimes for 2-3 days.. I moved to Virgin.. Yes the odd issue here and there but after suffering with BT then Sky.. Virgin has been a doddle
