    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    @anewark @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam They have been very unhelpful so far from the DMs I’ve received. No solution found yet but then they take half a day to reply to each message. Hope you get better luck

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Got call last eve re loyalty offer on sports pkg + Q box. Told rep had Nowtv but would cancel, they agreed to call back 24 hours later . Call back a few mins ago...shock horror agreed deal now unavailable. Appalling service. Yours, long time client

    No Internet from 31st March and have been advise it will not be back on until at least July due to contract workers cutting through a main cable! This is totally unacceptable...I mean 3 months without service during a lockdown! What are you going to do about this @SkyHelpTeam
