As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.
