    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyUK what package is Eurosport 1&2 included in as the customer representatives I have spoken with don’t seem to know? I am led to believe these are not included in the sports package?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

I figured F1TV would be my best option, but skys monopoly prevents me from subbing to any plan except access, which is nothing more than the 8minute highlights shown free on YouTube. This is bollocks.

    @obbsie @virginmedia Hence I left and went to @SkyUK Their call centre isn’t a machine, and if you’re not happy with the initial contact ask to speak to a supervisor and problems do get resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam After ordering a replacement mini box on 12/3/26 that never arrived in the promised 3/5 working days. A further 6 orders were placed with sky reps all promised the box would be expedited, all to no avail Customer Service is diabolical with their f**k you attitude

    @SkySports this analyst got it all wrong, our primary issues with Mbappe are with is character while on pitch, he doesnt press, his linkup in buildup is awful not to mention his selfishness and failing to help win the ball back once the team in not in possession

    @F1JayyUK F1 TV is not available in the UK due to the skysports agreement. I use a vpn on my TV and then watch f1 there without problems. I also heard 2 years ago, f1tv can identify some vpns, so not all are working.
