    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @SkyUK can come take their box and their contract back thank U, our house looks like a piece of **** with white cables all over the inside and outside and a satellite dish that’s plonked in the middle of the outside wall.....too lazy to get on his ladder to go to the top clearly

    @SkyHelpTeam Every time I called on the 5th May, I got cut off with a message saying your too busy and to call cack later or use chat service..... this had become very frustrating for such a simple task

    So done with @SkyUK have ran all the tests but our internet has been going in and out all week, WiFi only works in one room, account says we have a new hub but we were never sent a new sky Q hub, and we are paying for what should be fibre levels of connection??
