@SkyHelpTeam @Smithee_D Umm I’m the one having issues with my broadband, thanks to your “help team” I’ve had to order £45 worth of equipment to ensure I get wifi to do my job from my home. I will 100 percent be leaving and I will not be recommending your service to anyone.

@SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

@SkyHelpTeam since being sent a new ‘hub’ the internet at my house has been diabolical, have to use phone data upstairs of my teeny house as Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Sick of being on ‘chat’ for hours to get nowhere! Can I just plug my old hub in or cancel broadband mid contract?

Sky Glass fitted last week. Since then, the colour has been awful, if you don't select 'vidit' it looks dull. The voice-commands have been intermittent - you have to switch it off-and-on-again to rectify.. And now the remote has died. Not the best start haha @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe. I’ve been on to Sky pretty much every day, when I’ve been able to get through the virtually impenetrable bot system. They say it’s down to @WeAreOpenreach but I’ve heard nothing from them. Meanwhile, I’m having to conduct broadcast business at relatives or coffee shops.
