My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Never buy a Samsung Z3 flip from sky , known fault with the screen along the fold line . Sent mobile back in march after promise of zero cost for repair / new phone if not repairable , to be told I could pay over £300 to have it fixed .

    Well we are now 7 days from the end of a era. 13yrs 11mths as a @SkyUK customer for TV/BB will come to an end in 7days time. No one from @SkyHelpTeam has even bothered to attempt to reach out to address the fact that they are losing a loyal customer due to their Agent's actions.
