If our 'top' refs CANNOT see the penalty immediately, that is AWFUL. No excuse and VAR should not be required. My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

Literally just gave the context everyone can see - Romero deliberately slowed down to shield the ball which was a factor in the incident. Brobbey clearly then pushes him. It’s not a major assault. The collision that follows is unfortunate.
