Really don’t understand why it has to get to a point where you’re seriously pi$$ed with @SkyUK before they’ll even consider doing you a good deal on your tv package even though you’ve been a customer for 10+ yrs.

I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

@samknotty @SkySportsPL @SkySports Again, missing the point. If our 'top' refs CANNOT see the penalty immediately, that is AWFUL. No excuse and VAR should not be required. My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks William. FYI there have been Openreach engineers directly outside my property for the last 2 days. My partner actually went out and spoke to them and they told him they were doing an upgrade but our issues were nothing to do with them. Coincidence? 🤔
