My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s asking me to sign in to my sky so I’m going to need to reset my details I’m afraid. I’ve turned the router off and on and it’s working again. But I shouldn’t have to do that everyday it’s a pain. Thanks anyway.
