    @cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

    Does anyone know of any emergency wifi options? @SkyUK has disconnected our wifi for “an unknown reason” we won’t be able to access the zoom link for my Uncle’s Funeral tomorrow as we’re unable to attend in person. Its pretty desperate, if anyone knows of anything please dm me!

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told it was being looked into and that an engineer was booked to replace the existing box - on the 20th January, which means paying for a non-functioning service for nearly a month if an alternative solution is not found in the interim.
