My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

    @cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @chazaustin10 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @GNev2 @Carra23 Ridiculous that technology has now totally taken over from common sense and that not even the linesman questioned why the goal line tech didn't work. Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

    What an awful customer service set up @SkyUK has! You cannot action online, they put you on hold for 2 hours when you call - still can’t resolve your query and transfer you. Department you are transferred to has gone home for the evening so try again tomorrow. WTF!

    @SkySports why do you make the quality of SD so bad? I know you want people to upgrade to HD but it’s a bit of a scam making the SD service unwatchable. And don’t say it’s my TV, everyone has the same issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have found that it’s 4-6 weeks for delivery and I’m not waiting that long as I was not made aware of this throughout the order process, your phone centre is also shut now, is there any way you can cancel this for me?
