    @SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think this has been with your own complaints department (not that it was a complaint against Sky, it's not your fault, just that they could talk to Openreach), but even they couldn't get anywhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, what number can I call for your technical team to discuss an existing issue that I've had Openreach out to look at? I've had a text saying the issue was fixed, however it wasn't and was left unresolved yesterday by Openreach. Thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    @ajlen15 @SkySports @NUFC "Newcastle ticking along in the same position" was exactly the problem, we wanted more than "ticking along" and barely existing and fighting relegation and getting relegated twice. MU won things and didn't get relegated in the time we put with Mike Ashley.
