@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyUK on my second sky q box in 6 months and still got lip sync issues which never had on old HD+ box what is going on I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and never had so many issues with a box

@Vitt2TsNoC @SkyUK How long ago was it recorded? There was an issue with some of the broadcasters which meant they switched over to a backup system a few weeks ago. The end result was no subtitles for a number of shows.

I’ve finally done it, after 20+ years with @VodafoneUK I’ve moved provider and gone with @SkyUK …new phone, more data, paying about a tenner less a month. If you’re with @VodafoneUK and your contract is nearly up then SWITCH….worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
