    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you any idea how hard it is to get to speak to an actual person? Recorded messages that just hang up. I get that these are unusual times but with half the country working from home right now this service just isn’t good enough. 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    Wot channel is Celtic game on this week ? I’m guessing it’s another PPV event. this has 2 b the worst tv deal in the history of bad tv deals, never on tv,what’s the point in having @SkySports, costs a fortune & all the cash is hoovered up by epl, sick to the back teeth of it !

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear @SkyHelpTeam i went through all the troubleshooting already. You have also changed my router but the problem is on the street and still you are asking me to re-contract or I have to pay £65 for an engineer for a problem that is not my fault.

    @Big_Reddo @SkyHelpTeam @Larterlia Well actually my current tv is knackered (screen turned purple) and was going to get a new one but put it off as this was announced plus the remote on my sky+ HD box doesnt work as it shood anymore. The point is I could have got a new one weeks ago but didnt as waited for this.

    @SkySports @GNev2 The point @GNev2 makes about firing coaches won't solve the issue is ridiculously flawed. They are clearly underperforming. They have absolutely no skill set within them to justify them having those positions. We get they're your friends, but this now becoming a bit pathetic.
