    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyUK I’ve been a sky customer for over 20 years! I now have 2 accounts with you spending over £200 a month I phoned yesterday with a complaint and asked for a phone back from one of your managers to sort this problem out I am yet to receive my call back I would like an answer

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for finally rendering the outage we were having 15 days later. I once worked in an Engineer's without borders programme in Bangladesh and we had a 3 day outage which at the time was the longest I'd seen anywhere in the world and the local Telco vehemently
