@SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've raised a complaint. I've already told you what the T&Cs say but I would have thought I'd you knew an increase was coming in April I should have been told. I'll see Sky at the ombudsman by the looks of it. Appalling.
