    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    As if the agent had switched it back on again but in fact SkySports is not available on my TV In addition the agent had told me he had cancelled the £4 safety service The screen had once shown both as cancelled but on my bill both are still there.
