    Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    @SkyHelpTeam And then the tv will be able to work like a normal smart TV where I can then prioritize maybe using Netflix., prime.. Etc? If when I cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry for the late reply. I was advised the text is for the resolution. And all day the broadband has been playing up. Even resetting the router a few times did not provide a permanent fix, instead only a temporary fix.

    @swfcbarry @SkySports Sorry, he doesn’t dive, diving is going down without contact. He holds and shields the ball until the opponent steps in. When they contact him and not the ball that’s a foul. With all the fouls won over years he has never once been booked for simulation

    .@SkyHelpTeam my Sky app telling me to “renew my packages&save” click it&the same package I pay£96.50 a month for you want me to renew for new cost of £120 a month. Where is the“save”part of this deal? Time to move to @virginmedia if thats how Sky treat loyal customers of 15yrs!
