@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkyHelpTeam hi, is there a known outage in the CF62 area? Rebooted router twice, 2nd time left the phone line out while it rebooted and then put it in, both attempts result in orange light for Internet. Power and WiFi are fine. Went about 8:30ish.
