    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    @virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky Mobile for years and have never had issue. The one thing that does annoy is if you go on holiday, in many countries including Europe, you have to purchase a daily roaming pass once you exceed 10mb of data @ £2. Other providers include data at no extra cost.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your response is crazy. You advise you cannot fix, I get it fixed and it wasn’t problem you diagnosed and you now say this. Can you send me your complaints procedure including route to CISAS and ombudsman

    @SkyHelpTeam having sky Q was clearly the wrong choice ever since having it I’ve had problems with the internet having engineers out to fix for somthing else to go wrong. Now my wifi is constantly dropping and trying to call you is a nightmare. Thinking of leaving already

    And @SkySports and the @premierleague wonder why so many people in the uk watch football illegally.... maybe if you lower TV prices/get rid of 3pm blackout/ show the UK audience every game like in other countries then people won't have to watch illegally, it's your own fault
