    @theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm sick of paying over £1200 a year only to have all my UHD recordings either fail through sound cutting out or vision. If you can't fix it I'm gone. Ridiculous price for this kind of quality. Years of loyal service from us but not repayed. Will call tomorrow
