@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam But as said I’m not a current customer and the customer service received was totally disappointing. Not even willing to help after months of money being taken out of my account! Knowing we was with another provider just disgusting!!! Especially at this time when money is so low.

@Eanr @SkySports I couldn’t give a toss who wins. Just noting that Redbull are rattled and not coping with the strain. Max is all over the place in his driving. His penalties aren’t to do with bias. That’s just pathetic and desperate really. He is erratic and needs Horners help and some calm.

@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?
