    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. But all the self help says if you have adverse weather you may have to wait for it to pass, we do have bad weather just wanted to know if it is a local problem to my area.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

    @SkyUK I’d like to know how I can give notice NOW of my intention to cancel my subscription for all services for 8th August as this is when my contract ends… I no longer wish to pay £83 then £92 then £112 a month for all the adverts & nothing hut repeats, I can get free on youtube!

    @SkyHelpTeam I contacted you as, since my fibre optic and Sky Q were installed, my sky talk wouldn’t work. You sent me a link which allowed me to resolve that but now the Sky Q box won’t connect to the fibre optic router (it did previously!) it’s been one issue after another!

    @SkyHelpTeam Semantics, Openreach is BT, they don’t simply maintain the network, they actually own the Network and allow others access for a fee, so, they are a third party provider, once again you use the word partner; no more help required!
