@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

@LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

@SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

@eaglegard @SkyHelpTeam The half *** response we got yesterday advising us of a know issue that we clearly already knew wasn’t helpful in the slightest. To then pointing us to a link that didn’t work or when it did, would only advised there’s an issue which again we already knew. Poor Service and Supp.
