    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyUK really are the worst for customer service aren't they? Problem: my elderly mother's landline won't call out. Every possible troubleshooting fix has been tried. I'm named on her account, yet after 40 mins waiting, won't help as it's me... the problem is SHE CAN'T CALL THEM.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know. But if one was ever set, it isn't known by either of us. Her accessibility issues relate to memory problems too, so I'm really out of luck on that one. Are you really saying you can't help her because of that?

    @SkyHelpTeam This would mean leaving her without the ability to call anyone until December (I live a very long way from her). What if something were to happen? She is 80, housebound and with health issues. She doesn’t know this mythical password. Please, have a heart and call her to help.

The reason for this call would be to help fix a problem caused by Sky. Is this your first day in customer service?Laughable
