@SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam I am totally disgusted with your Service. We have been having problems for 3day- the download spead is around 0.3. Whilst my upload is around 17. You say there is no problems, sent me a new router! DIDNT WORK!!! Promise a call back didn't get!!! Can't get a engineer!

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there was a problem yesterday and the day before. Something to do with a card? That was affecting our area. Don't know if it's been fixed. But sky seems to think everything should be back to normal now?
