Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

@SkyHelpTeam A message for the Sky team. Many more customers are increasingly being asked to rely on domestic broadband services for their full time work. It's ok when the system goes down when all you will miss is your Netflix craving. System needs to be far more robust!

@SkyHelpTeam If was saying 48 gb but when running speed test it was coming up as under 10 I eventually switched the router off and left it for a while and it got to 28 mb but I’ve never had 48 mb even though your test always says it is
