Justin Gill (@Justin4Gill) reported from Wibsey, England@SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.
-
Trevor C Watson (@Morrissey68) reported from Leeds, England@SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.
-
Simon-R (@Simon_74) reported from Otley, England@SkySports RIP the null and void brigade, let's hope your team is still crap next season and it probably will be 🤣
-
Mark (@eddiesLeftFoot) reported from Ossett, England@FaxBrony @SkySports It’s just a slow burn method of shutting up shop & attempting to void the season. Drip drip drip of problems even when answers have been given so they can yank up the drawbridge. Up to Sky & Bt as ultimate paymasters to stop em doing that....
-
Justin waterhouse💙💛 (@Oscarmax1976) reported from Leeds, England@hellzking_316 @JohnBarrettlfc @SkySports **** sake that's been done to death now 🙈

Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

Adam Beesting (@Sting4r) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.
-
Chris Evison (@chrisevison) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all those steps. It just keeps referring me to the forum which is full of people with the same issue but no solution.
-
andy (@andy17467869) reported from East Ardsley, England@SkySports Wouldnt be saying this if safe in league stupid ****
-
Richard Harvey (@dickyyorkshire) reported from Leeds, England@Forest19771 @TC38534491 @SkySports NHS staff aren’t getting tested, that doesn’t mean they’re not available. That’s another topic. If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues
-
Lethal J 🇯🇲 (@Jigga64) reported from Leeds, England@___hm_xo @thundercat_mb @SkyHelpTeam Ok so basically the BT lines have to be shared between companies so even though your neighbours have it you may not cos the lines are maxed out it’s really stupid tbh

Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Pissed Off UK (@PissedOff_UK) reported@SkyHelpTeam Considering I've spoken with your not-so-technical support on the phone and they have advised it's a major outage and it's being worked on I kinda think following any steps are completely useless! What I would appreciate is some kind of ETA and a reason it's happened.
-
Pissed Off UK (@PissedOff_UK) reported@SkyHelpTeam Are you trying to wind me up? It's been down for 2 and a half days because of a MAJOR outage on your network. This is widely known, been reported about in many online news sources and you've also been tweeting about it, but you're treating it like it's an unknown isolated issue!
-
The Heartfelt Dodger (@duncanc23166541) reported@SkyHelpTeam No. The problems are intermittent. My point was though, why would anyone want a TV that is 100% reliant on a broadband, when your broadband is far from 100% reliable?
-
James Good (@JamesGood84) reported@SkyHelpTeam Been back up since 9:30 so hopefully the outage has been resolved
-
Head_stone (@Head_stone) reported@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. One more thing Mum is in a care home & I help her by using Team Viewer to look at her iPad screen to advise. Might this have upset things? If so how do I resolve ? Many thanks
-
Mark Thorley 🏴 🇾🇪 (@MarkyT_MUFC) reported from Hillingdon, England@KingRed1989 @SkyHelpTeam @zeninternet Always happens at the worst moments
-
Joseph Nathan (@yoda234) reported@SkyHelpTeam @LeadTestInclude Clearly hasn't bothered to read the original thread. How can you "restore" service for a customer you haven't even connected yet? Shocking stuff.
-
Bill Guiller (memory maker) (@pushbikebilly) reported from Larne, Northern Ireland@shay_ken1974 @SkySports Just so complicated, I used to ref and some of the abuse for decisions was terrible, and that was when there wasn't so many changes
-
Gunnersince83 (@gunnersince83) reported@GNRGBs @SkySports Where did he say anything about the amount of time taken being a shambles? he said it was a shambles and one of the worst football decisions he's seen! Also he has now deleted the tweet so that's how wrong it was. Now off you pop.
-
DevMaelstrom (@dev_maelstrom) reported@SkySports As a neutral its nice to see a clinical dissection of the situation, however VAR is there to decide on 'clear and obvious' errors and if it takes 4 minutes to decide it obviously isn't. They need to have a clock on VAR and if it takes more than 2 mins then the ref decides
