@SkyHelpTeam Same problem this week for #HungarianGP feed goes very boxy and audio starts breaking up. I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s your feed that you charge people for or whether it’s my hardware, dish or box. Not happy.

So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. It’s not like I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

@SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

I got another number which said call back in the morning & my other half has gone through 7min diagnostic call to be told to call back.

@SkyHelpTeam Good evening! My parents have a sky q hub model ER115. They are currently on the basic adsl broadband service. If they make the step up to the superfast VDSL service the existing equipment should be compatible? According to ER115 specs it ready for VDSL.
