    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can someone help me to understand why I can stream perfectly in HD on every single other streaming platform except for your Mobile and Web App? It works fine for 5 mins, goes blurry for a few mins and then gets better. It is not a limitation of my internet.

    @SkySports What a surprise. Another terrible decision by a terrible referee. They are all rubbish, time to get some ex players into the reffing game, who have at least kicked a ball and know you can’t stop your leg coming through when you swing it!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I pay for HD channels.. We had problems with our satellite signal last night and as a result I took the TV card out a few times last night, ever since the channel numbers are messed up. Now ITV, Channel 4 & 5 HD have all moved to the 800's. Something to do with my card?

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting calls purporting to be from Sky telling me they have detected that my broadband is underperforming- it is but I’m not convinced it is Sky calling. Help?
