@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

I’ve genuinely had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @SkyHelpTeam over the last month. Supposed to get gig broadband on 7th Nov; now getting lesser broadband on 8th Dec for the same price. 3 cancellations, 15+ hours of time on the phone. Awful
