    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasn’t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

    my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    @_ManofKent_ @SkyHelpTeam Change the DNS server on your device to 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 and you should be fine. Issue is with Sky DNS but you can’t change on the sky hub but your device can bypass it. Hit the i but the WiFi and add the new DNS

    @SkyHelpTeam How can we follow online steps when it says ‘the page you are looking for can’t be found?’ Ours has been off since 5pm now and there are no updates on sky website?? Twitter is the only place where you have said there is an issue ?

    @maslahatguzar @SkyHelpTeam @Mymummyspennies Did you get your issues resloved with DM ? The issues are with/on skys side. DNS. You can change the DNS on each device (unfortunately sky is shite that way and wont allow chnages via the hub sets) I would recommend as a short fix 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 - at least until sky fixes it
