@SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

wtf is with @SkyHelpTeam cant get on email, sky go or owt. I'm in hospital recovering from a transplant, bad enough that i had to pay £45 quid to access sky wifi being as i have TV, landline, broadband and 2 mobiles with em, let alone service not working. Virgin call when I'm out

@SkyHelpTeam Wi-fi has gone down for the 2nd time this week. Earlier in the week I had an engineer booked but the Wi-fi turned back on with any help, but has not gone off again. I’ve gone through all the steps and I don’t want to book an engineer again for it to come back on
