@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam trying to download Prodigal Son. I’m up to series 1 E.16 but E.17 onwards won’t download. It says “Failed, Item unavailable”. I can watch it on the Sky Go app though so it’s not a subscription issue right?

@SkyUK decided to change my 80 yr old inlaws’ phone no - they rely on their landline for so much… @SkyCustomerHelp claims they can’t help / refusing to try. If anybody at Sky can be bothered to do better for some very lovely and rather stressed out elderly people please DM

@SkyHelpTeam apparently the email in this account is linked to an old account in Scotland, so i can't use that, but I don't have issues (as far as I know), it's just a really bad speed... my phone get's 30 times more that speed... so if you can't fix that, thanks, we'll check other options

@SkyHelpTeam No point in PM Michelle. More Sky waffle .. service isn’t working …the issue is at Sky .. not customers houses / boxes … refund customers for loss of services and stop stalling for more time with pointless engineer visits.
