@SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. It’s not like I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

Now they saying it’s @OpenreachHelp fault as they have not picked up the account. So they will have to cancel and start again. This AFTER I’ve cancelled my @CommunityFibre account (that gave me no problems btw) @SkyUK fell off, and the worst part is…THEY DONT CARE

@SkyHelpTeam Another 1.5 hrs wasted talking to your text service trying to cancel everything to be told they can't cancel broadband until the landline cancellation completes. That is not my issue if Sky system is incapable of handling this. I do not expect to pay because of your inefficiency

@SkyHelpTeam Yes three lengthy calls, the problem is open reach they won't raise to them. They have suggested a sky engineer at earliest 30th November. Yet a neighbour who is a sky customer called after me and and engineer came out today. What is going on.
