    @SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

    @SkyUK when did your call centres or customer services move abroad? Over the years I’ve had a very good experience when having to call you. But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @FMAcidphire2185 @SkyHelpTeam I may give them a buzz tomorrow. The issue is the costs generally get jolted up once you come off the initial deal you were on. But then you can never quite get the same saving once you're a retained customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issues have resolved regards the 4g and access to the web but we have still this historic issue of emails locking us out with an error message
