    @SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @danteekay @SkyHelpTeam It’s a nightmare pal, help pages don’t do anything. I’ve just got mine back online looking on my sky tv settings and resetting the network connection. Give that a try

    @SkyHelpTeam I wish to cancel and the contact page on the Sky site has no contact details, the help page for cancelling doesn't have contact details, and DMs to this account automatically refer me back to the help page on the site. It's remarkably frustrating.
