    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

    @SkyUK Been with Sky 25yrs+ and flooded out of my house on 23rd Dec for 6-9 months. They'll do nothing for me. If I don't cancel (and return equip the insurance co have put in storage) I have to pay for services I can't use! No process for disasters (flood/fire)! Get real!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried but the phone lines are down for maintenance work apparently. We really urgently need to get it sorted for reasons I can tell someone over the phone. This has been ongoing for years and we can't cope with it anymore.
