However with #SkyGlass if you miss the beginning of a program you can't rewind or restart until the show is available on the providers platform

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I 'upgraded' to Sky Q from my Sky HD box. Engineer comes out ' all good to go'. SkyQ box doesn't work. Sent new one. Doesn't work. Try to go back to my old sky HD box to at least get Freeview. Doesn't work anymore @SkyHelpTeam what an amazing job you've done ...
