    This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv 1/2 Hello! So I have found myself in hospital so to speak. At the side of my bed I have a Hospedia TV / Phone. I have no mobile phone signal & only able to use the cloud. Which says its run by sky. It's only for messaging really unless you pay. Due to Covid...

    @SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router Iโ€™m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Canโ€™t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my friends net has gone down and sheโ€™s been calling & calling for hrs now but canโ€™t get through, engineers worked on the tel lines yesterday now the nets gone off, if I DM you her number and add will you call her pls.

    So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. Itโ€™s not like Iโ€™ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have been without sky tv since Monday! Our whole block has been off since Monday and you canโ€™t get out before Xmas! Not only that itโ€™s apparently a box issue and will cost ยฃ65 each!! Itโ€™s clearly a communal issue and not related to the boxes!! #noskyoverxmas๐Ÿ™„

    @SkyUK - you could really do something better with your helpline services. 1. the wait over phone is eternal 2. you disconnect the call after 45 mins or so 3. ur cust serv agents call to check all good but when confronted with problem disconnect the call midway conversation
