@SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

@SkyHelpTeam I called last month due to getting a charge for not returning an old sky multi room box. I was told the amount would be refunded to my account but it’s not been done. £50 was the charge 😭 it was returned and I was told that it had shown on account as such! Help 🙏🏼
