    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

    @SkyHelpTeam and why do you charge for Wi-Fi calling when we’re using our own Wi-Fi or free Wi-Fi outdoors eg restaurants cafes etc that provide free Wi-Fi if signal is poor when moving around the city? Still feels like paying twice?

    @SkyUK #SkyMobile. Live edge of Nottm City Centre, only ever have 1 bar signal strength (out of 5) but can turn on Wi-Fi Calling but are still charged for Wi-Fi calling when using my own paid for Wi-Fi, so why do u charge for Wi-Fi calling when your signal is poor? #PayingTwice
