    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam Hahaha I’ve had a case for mine for weeks! I spoke to Sky today (after 20 mins on hold) and they said if I haven’t had that text saying it’s been pushed back to 8/10 I should have mine tomorrow (sorry) still been an awful experience though

    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    @SkyHelpTeam The appt we booked on Friday was cancelled as apparently the issue got"fixed" itself, but neither of us cancelled it, was only trying to find out when we would find out when they were coming that we found out they weren't going to.

    I had to cancel my Sky Subscription and had to understand 31days noti before I cancel from the rude agent. Sky should educate agents that customer leaves for a reason no need to get aggressive.Never ever going back to #skyuk @SkyUK
