    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @TheRockFairyHQ @SkyHelpTeam That just shows that your TV has lost connection over WIFI, not that the actual thing you pay for (broadband to your hub) has gone down.     @SkyHelpTeam I’m also a very unsatisfied customer. Wi-Fi keeps dropping out.On the box the internet has an orange light. I switch the box off and leave it and start back up, gives me internet for about 10-20 mins only for the same thing to happen again. Over £100 a month for this!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm sick of paying over £1200 a year only to have all my UHD recordings either fail through sound cutting out or vision. If you can't fix it I'm gone. Ridiculous price for this kind of quality. Years of loyal service from us but not repayed. Will call tomorrow
