    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. On Friday it was mini box, last night main box. Of course this morning they both seem to be working. I’m concerned that they are both intermittently malfunctioning and help steps not working. Both had been fine up to last Friday and we haven’t changed anything tech wise here
