    @SkyUK when did your call centres or customer services move abroad? Over the years I’ve had a very good experience when having to call you. But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s a joke... I only want to cancel bt sport, I’ve listened to hold music for 120 mins with no answer. Before you give me the COVID excuse, we all work in businesses that have to adapt. You have had 7 months.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Existing customer trying to upgrade through Black Friday deal as it says existing customer need to call but you have closed your phone lines. Been trying since Friday. Any other ways?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

    Not enough paying for a season ticket n probably not gna get to watch a game all season and paying for a @SkySports subs I’m now expected to pay £15 a game for selected PPV games....whoever has decided that....go **** yourselves 🖕🖕

    If you bring in PPV games then you’ll find most people will cancel and get streams from elsewhere. Money grabbing @premierleague @SkyUK @btsportfootball

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @SkyHelpTeam The Internet has gone again. It seems to go every single day and it's pissing me off. I've done the internet speed check and it's running at 4mbps. What is going on. I hope when we get our new WIFI Super Fast router we don't have this problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says the account is temporarily locked for my protection so I cannot check the service status. The internet light is out completely, and comes back on for 10 minutes then off again
