    @SkyHelpTeam my engineer was due between 8-1 to fit a new SkyQ box as out Sky+ box broken. I've rung helpdesk who say they are still coming. I'm a supermarket worker so difficult getting time off

    Omg @SkyHelpTeam please please sort out my internet problems once and for all. I can’t take anymore and will have to change providers if I can’t get a decent, stable connection soon. It’s driving me crazy. Please help.

    @NyaJab82 @SkyHelpTeam I was blaming the incompetent advisor who didn’t ask if I was on a landline then told me to reboot & didn’t bother calling back. I have just spent 2 hours on the phone with a great person. 100% correct it is Sky. There’s a known problem that they are hiding from us & most staff.

    @jsan1972 @SkyHelpTeam I dont think it's the staff...skys broadband is crap and I'm having the same issue as you ..the reason you cant get through is probably because they're short staffed in the call centre..staff are probably answering back2back calls with no time to breathe ..blame sky not the staff

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve now had broadband issues for a week- yesterday we waited in all day for the engineer due between 1pm and 6pm, a total no-show with no contact. Our phone line now isn’t working either. On our account it still says “Engineer visit- in progress Wed 3rd Feb”
