@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

@SkyHelpTeam It says my connection is fine so won’t let me book one because I am receiving a good download/upload speed. My problem is it takes a sudden drop that lasts a few seconds but for online gaming this throws you out. I’d rather receive 40mb down/10 up if it meant consistency.

@SkyHelpTeam If there is rain or wind the Internet goes off. If the house phone rings the internet goes off. It really is exhausting having a service that goes down daily . Especially when working from home

@SkyHelpTeam my BB has been crap ever since I signed a new 18 month deal. I get high speeds both down and upload but it’s inconsistent and I’m getting spikes which makes gaming impossible. If you don’t get an engineer out to sort it I won’t ever consider signing with sky again.
