    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having trouble making calls also it saying no numbers are available and they are not recognised its a pain they are okaying taking the money each month for there contract but not happy to help customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only calls to landlines work. Can get incoming calls, but can't make outgoing calls. I get the same message "number doesn't exist". Very strange fault. They should tell us more details about the what exact problem is. I don't believe it's a mast issue.
