@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they try and fob you off. You only have to look online and it's plastered everywhere. Your own sky forums have pages and pages dedicated to the problem. Customers raising the issue.

@SkySports Feel VAR should only be there when it's a clear mistake. If it's offside or not. If it's a foul in the box or not. If the ref didn't see the incident. The ref should ask VAR to intervene rather than VAR getting involved in every decision
