@SkyUK is doing my head in, cannot contact them by phone, cannot downgrade my package on line just takes you round in a circle. If I cancel my DD will they ring me. £93 a month is a joke. #Headsgone

@MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

@reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to do it on line and I’m going round in circles, if no one rings me in the 24hrs I will cancel my DD. I am not a key worker so I can’t ring in I’m retired and this is driving me up the wall.

@SkyHelpTeam Internet seems to have gotten better since, but from 9PM last night for a good 3 or so hours, everything was going extremely slow and I could barely watch or tweet anything. My mobile data was affected too. Someone else had a similar issue and they are also with Sky.

@SkyUK #SkyStore are a joke, pre-ordered A Quiet Place 2 from them on Blu Ray, its supposed to be dispatch within 7 days of release, it was released 2 weeks ago and it still says pending. I have asked them to cancel so i can buy from HMV but they’ll inly refund £4 of my £17.99….

…..because it comes with their Digital copy which they charge £13.99 for, i’m not a sky subscriber and don’t have a sky box. Also they wont give me my refund until they have despatched and I have returned it. What an absolute joke! Customer service is appalling @skyuk

top work from @SkyUK closing their UFO network in York and not being kind enough to arrange to move everyone to the only other provider of it. Very, very poor and it will be remembered in February when the rest of it comes up for renewal!

@SkyHelpTeam No action was taken. I was simply told the error was on file as others had experienced a similar problem. First reports of this are in the Sky Community page back in May 2020. It appears no resolution has been found in over a year!

@SkyHelpTeam absolute joke of a company. Mum told engineer coming today, for no one to show up! Told to wait 3days for a text! Called customer service, cut off once & told they cannot talk to supervisor, as we had no reason to & didn’t want to disturb supervisor! SHOCKING! #sky
