@SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

@MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

Just had a text message from @O2 within 2mins of posting on twitter, shame they weren't on the ball earlier wanting to look after a long standing customer. Thanks to @SkyUK I'mgoing to be £29.50 better per month with far superior package on two phones

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, so @OpenreachHelp told me if I log an issue with my provider, you’d run a diagnosis and contact them for an update, which you would then relay to me directly. Given the fault hasn’t been updated since the May 5th I’m hesitant to believe that’s the best place to check updates
