    So @SkyHelpTeam aren’t really there to help at all. They just make things up and answer questions you haven’t asked. If you would have done your job it would be #cedr case. Shame you let it go so far without listening

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @SkyUK is doing my head in, cannot contact them by phone, cannot downgrade my package on line just takes you round in a circle. If I cancel my DD will they ring me. £93 a month is a joke. #Headsgone

    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to do it on line and I’m going round in circles, if no one rings me in the 24hrs I will cancel my DD. I am not a key worker so I can’t ring in I’m retired and this is driving me up the wall.

    Just had a text message from @O2 within 2mins of posting on twitter, shame they weren't on the ball earlier wanting to look after a long standing customer. Thanks to @SkyUK I'mgoing to be £29.50 better per month with far superior package on two phones

    @Jamesbmclaren @SkyUK Leave, I did and it was the best decision ever. Total rip off and pure greed on their end. They charge way too much and don’t give a **** about their customers. I was with them for 10 years and no deal to make it any way cheaper but always offers for new customers!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok, so @OpenreachHelp told me if I log an issue with my provider, you’d run a diagnosis and contact them for an update, which you would then relay to me directly. Given the fault hasn’t been updated since the May 5th I’m hesitant to believe that’s the best place to check updates
