    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had slow broadband connection since Thursday so did an online test tonight. Followed your instructions and now have no broadband at all. No engineer till 24th sept and 30 min queue on phone. Service couldn’t be any shitter!

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    Sky Sports HD channels are awful quality on @virginmedia, what happened to the UHD deal you allegedly signed about 15 months ago that said UHD was coming in 2020? @btsport is amazing quality in comparison so no problems with the setup. Do @SkyUK have the same issues?
