@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

@LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

@SkyHelpTeam OK, looks like I'll have to do that. But to be clear: watching on my Android, no problem, watching on my desktop PC, no problem. Wanting to watch on my Xbox, no luck. I don't understand why I need to pay more to watch on a different type of device when it works on a PC and phone.

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Due to a faulty sky router and a system error your end. I am now without internet, have 3 sky q mini boxes that don’t work, wife unable to work from home and this will be for at least 9 days 6 years of nearly £100 a month and never missed a bill Unacceptable
