@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I've just had an automated call on my landline saying that my sky internet is going to be disconnected, approx 1 hour before that, I had a call from a call centre saying there is an issue with my internet. I cant do a broadband speed test, it says oops something went wrong???
