@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

@SkySports Burnley vs West Ham is never a penalty. The defender is going towards the ball the attacker is going towards the defender with no intentions to play the ball. The defender pulls out from the challenge the attacker jumps into the defender. Good call VAR I thought.

@SkyHelpTeam #sky #servicefailure 13 days and counting. Sky still haven't fixed the download problem. The message has changed form "Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed with the highest priority" to "This is a known issue with no fix and no timescale"
