@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam Crashes aa in ots had to be hard reset couple of times in few months vs once with old box. It gets dangerously hot. The wifi from it interferes with router wifi its fine when skyq wifi disabled. Also when wifi on skyq wvery night about 2am or 4am the wifi resets the network

@jackmoon10 @SkyHelpTeam There was no response because you tweeted after 9 you cretin. TV Satellite signal and broadband come on 2 different technologies so for sat signal run through the online steps to try and fix it, if that doesn’t work and you’re signed in you can book a TV engineer
