I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered sky broadband on the 19th of Jan and still haven’t received any equipment. When I go on mysky account it says nothing. Please help - need broadband for the kids schooling

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. But all the self help says if you have adverse weather you may have to wait for it to pass, we do have bad weather just wanted to know if it is a local problem to my area.

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam my ASDL2+ bb's been awful for the last couple of days & half to < half what it should be. Fix it soon or I'll switch to another isp cause you guys have been flaky as hell recently &'ve had a noticable drop in service quality. Tried resetting router & didn't help.

    @ShabbyGinLover @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Where to begin … the playlist for tv series is never in order for the show so when trying to find episodes the episodes jump around, you can’t save any sport to watch back, the constantly freezes & needs resetting, the sounds is never in sync…

    @ShabbyGinLover @skytv @SkyHelpTeam The sound is crap unless you pay the £5 a month upgrade, the same with the picture quality. You can turn the tv on the remote won’t work so you have to turn it off & on again 😒 overall service from sky is awful & once you’ve got sky glass your stuck for 4 years!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve stayed up and purchased access to watch the Oscars tonight and my internet has completely cut out 20 minutes before start time. What the heck?!?!?
