@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam All that provides is details of early termination charges. As far as I'm concerned, the contract's already been broken at your end. Any word on how I might avoid these fees? Doesn't seem fair to reward Sky for failure.

@SkyUK - why isn't your broadband network built with failover and resiliency? Internet down for 5 hours and counting today. There is really no excuse for this in 2022 unless an entire exchange has been demolished! ( and even then your DR plan should have kicked in!!)
