@yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

@MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@APACHE11111 @FanOfSirLewis @SkySports 1) I don't know actual numbers but we can't address symptoms of a problem instead of the problem. If you argue that few people are in engineering then does that mean they are poor enough to not afford? If so, then there is even a bigger problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, apologies for the slow reply. While I was on the link I was at the part to book an engineer when my WiFi came on & the booking page disappeared. Now we were wondering how to book an engineer anyway as the WiFi goes off daily at the moment, and their are other problems too

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely appalled at service from Sky, moved house 25 June and still no broadband, been assured this would be in place by the 15th July but today been told they cannot due to an ongoing problem…previous owners even had Sky aswell! #stress #unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam Not really in terms of explanation just that there is a problem something to do with Openreach but nothing more than that and they said it is an ongoing problem and they cannot tell us when it would be sorted - hence being unable to supply us broadband - just a joke really
