@SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

And yes I’m using capitals because I am annoyed and angry at the shockingly poor service. I want to cancel my subscription on 16/9 and for some reason @SkyUK are unable to process this information.

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@SkySports your bias towards the so called super 6 is so bad when Leeds beat Chelsea that got no chat after the match whatsoever has you had another game to show now you can’t give Leeds 1 second without going to adverts you haven’t given the teams out yet

@SkyHelpTeam I am trying to access a website and I can access it from my mobile data and my friends broadband but not from mine. My brother also has your broadband and he can't access the website either. I've gone through all your steps and it still didn't fix it. Any Ideas????
