I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

They have NO mobile signal and need the phone for medical reasons. Your agent today just tried to sell fibre, no help. Safety risk
