A far better outcome than having to take a couple days off for a Tuesday fixture. The bigger issue is being at the mercy of @CrossCountryUK trains.

A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.
