    @SkyHelpTeam one of your help categories other than COVID/key worker/vulnerable customers is being unable to access Sky services but there is no option for this on contact number IVR and online guides and tests can’t fix broadband fault also impacting TV viewing - help please

    @SkyHelpTeam is anything being done to resolve the issues with using @Spotify via #skyq with it crashing and giving you a black screen plenty of threads on forums but no answers

    @SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.

    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to do it on line and I’m going round in circles, if no one rings me in the 24hrs I will cancel my DD. I am not a key worker so I can’t ring in I’m retired and this is driving me up the wall.

    @SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

    @FaxBrony @paul_warrand @Fi3ld23 @SkySports Calm down Bundesliga had 10 positive tests results. Now these players are isolating there will be zero players with covid training tomorrow. Tests done twice a week to minimise risk. Safest working environment on earth.

    Just had a text message from @O2 within 2mins of posting on twitter, shame they weren't on the ball earlier wanting to look after a long standing customer. Thanks to @SkyUK I'mgoing to be £29.50 better per month with far superior package on two phones

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

    @SkyUK is doing my head in, cannot contact them by phone, cannot downgrade my package on line just takes you round in a circle. If I cancel my DD will they ring me. £93 a month is a joke. #Headsgone

    @Forest19771 @TC38534491 @SkySports NHS staff aren’t getting tested, that doesn’t mean they’re not available. That’s another topic. If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

    @FaxBrony @SkySports It’s just a slow burn method of shutting up shop & attempting to void the season. Drip drip drip of problems even when answers have been given so they can yank up the drawbridge. Up to Sky & Bt as ultimate paymasters to stop em doing that....

    @SkySports Tbf allegri and deschamps pick him. He’s not a huge risk at that price and he can’t be worse that what we currently have. If he’s the only midfielder brought in then that’s a problem we need 2 minimum.

    @SkyHelpTeam I see you didn’t answer the question Becca. Again point missed though, If I could get a faster package I WOULD!! You have sent people out and tested everything and said the speeds are 7.8Mbps - So when will someone fix the problem so i CAN get a package with faster speeds??

    @SkyHelpTeam What a bleeding’ surprise. It’s got warm and it’s gone down again. After the engineer didn’t bother to turn up last time after you cancelled the appointment without telling me. Definitely time to leave.
