@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

@sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

@LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports Of course there hasn't - him and his brothers idea, probably on the advice of someone at City, is to create as toxic atmosphere as possible so Levy contacts City after we turned down that £100m. Doing everything they can to bring Levy/Paratici to the table with City imo.

@SkyHelpTeam Well considering that I'm 33 weeks pregnant and was still awake at 3am - trying desperately to do my hypnobirthing to help me to sleep it was rather inconvenient. And yes it is working again now but it's been regularly going late at night for weeks and weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately for some unknown reason the diagnosis website doesn't automatically load during problems anymore and when I try to click on it (using my data) it doesn't work. My only course of action is to restart the router having checked what I can remember from the guide.
