@SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

Hey @SkyUK i have NOW on my BT stb box and NZ v Ireland plays, SA v Wales, Scotland v Argentina plays but England v Australia wont. Says I don't have the correct package... sounds like you have an issue with the licences for entitlement.
