@SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

@mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband has been absolutely fine as we use it 24/7, it’s an issue between the tv and the broadband itself. When I try to connect via network set up, it doesn’t work. I have tried troubleshooting c 3! I can’t get through on the phone but please can we get an engineer out?!

Somebody at Sky was smart enough to cancel our WiFi today when it was supposed to be the 19th so no internet. I cannot begin to tell you how angry I am. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam That's good for you though we've been totally let down by @Sky. Ordered BB in December to move into new house on 20th Jan. After weeks of delays we've just now been informed no BB available and left high and dry. No one wants take any responsibility. @SkyHelpTeam

@beccaburton8 @SkyHelpTeam When we had this issue it was always to do with the main box that was causing the issues. We used to unplug that and turn it off as well as turning all minis off wait a while just turn the main one back on, make sure it connected to network and working then turn the minis on x
