    @SkyHelpTeam I have. The problems on YOUR line but because I’m on a rolling contract not a fixed term I have to pay for an engineer to come out but it’s free if I sign up to a fixed term one. #nothanks #imleaving

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to get a picture on any sky channel other than the one I’m currently on. All other channels are black screen. Tried running sky q update and switched system off/on again. Help!

Would need cameras at every ground, presenters, pundits, not sure we make enough money as a sport to fund that

    @SkyHelpTeam please please, I can't keep asking anymore. My wifi needs sorting out. I have one of your boosters but still having connectivity issues. Really considering having to go elsewhere for wifi, I dont want to have to do but I'm not getting the speed or stable connection!

    @SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

    Why does @SkySports have adverts between overs in the cricket. It’s a paid service so it’s just greed to get extra money from advertising revenue. I wanted to hear Michael Holding but it keeps cutting to adverts. Sky has ruined cricket for me 🏏

    @SkyHelpTeam No action was taken. I was simply told the error was on file as others had experienced a similar problem. First reports of this are in the Sky Community page back in May 2020. It appears no resolution has been found in over a year!

    @SkyUK please help me, the activation date… is this done remotely for example the activation date is 17th but I don’t move in until the 30th, do they come to my house or do they activate it remotely therefore I can just plug it in when I move in???
