@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very unhappy. In the current climate, stress levels are already high and Sky’s service to me during the past fortnight as been immensely stressful and upsetting. I don’t know who to speak to or contact about anything and my trust that services will be provided is zero.
