@SkyHelpTeam Good morning. My Sky Q box still cannot connect to the Sky broadband router. I've tried all the reset options in Settings and links sent above. Sky Q box occasionally ticks Connected for 1 or 2 seconds then reverts to Not Connected. Could someone help me, please? Thanks. R
