Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam I need to cancel my subscription (moving house) but the only option the website gives is to write a letter as the phoneline is closed, online messaging service is closed and it isn't suitable for an online form...surely there is a way to do this that isn't a letter?

@SkyHelpTeam engineer calls to house to install internet & BB. You told line had 76mb he confirms line has less then 1mb and needs Openreach to fix line!! Total joke! Been on phone 31 mins to get Sky Recovery!! Will never trust your company again.
