@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@WestwoodLee @SkySports Lee this leaves a bad taste in the mouth, however Sagatrom should have never been anyway near that ball as it is very close to the hole, Sagstrom actions created this ridiculous situation which led to the official getting involved.
