    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam Hahaha I’ve had a case for mine for weeks! I spoke to Sky today (after 20 mins on hold) and they said if I haven’t had that text saying it’s been pushed back to 8/10 I should have mine tomorrow (sorry) still been an awful experience though

    We pay hundreds a month for @SkySports and @btsport. After the next billing cycle that will be past tense. Football is absolutely horrible to watch, I can't even enjoy watching other teams. Every match a horrendous decision. Match fixing? What difference does it make. I'm out

    @SkyHelpTeam I have logged in & seen the exact increases you have made to my bill. My problem is that you informed me you would increase my bill by £5.85 & you have actually increased it by £36.85. Increase a bill by nearly 50% without any change in service is not ok. Can I speak to someone?
