    @SkyHelpTeam Have problems with our broadband HD8 . It's not been working properly since your engineer decide you put the router in a room with 2 walls between our main tv . Not connecting at all today .

    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam Same problem this week for #HungarianGP feed goes very boxy and audio starts breaking up. I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s your feed that you charge people for or whether it’s my hardware, dish or box. Not happy.

    @SkyUK we received our replacement router today with boost ... since we put it on we have no tv and intermittent internet ... no use to me ... I need reliable constant internet not one that works for 10 mins and goes off and I am paying for a tv service I can no longer use

    @SkyUK Engineer calls to fit internet/BB. Line has only 1mb when you checked the line and told my wife 76mb! Been trying to get resolved for 5hrs!! Latest call waiting 31mins and accounting. Terrible service, avoid everyone!!!
