Really annoying issues with my broadband again this morning. Doing the sky test connection shows everything fine even though the router has one Amber light showing and I couldn't connect to it from my phone so not sure how it is showing fine on the test connection? @SkyHelpTeam

1/2 @BT So the engineer turns up, following loads of emails over the psst few weeks, getting me excited for fibre broadband. He then tells me he can't do it, as he's not allowed in my house. So that's going to be another 8 weeks on the rubbish @SkyUK super slow broadband.
