    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

    Was going to keep @SkyUK movies and sports and not bother pausing, but got home tonight and subs going up and only signed up in November, good job I added sports and movies separately after install cancel anytime, **** pausing, cancelling

    @eaglegard @SkyHelpTeam The half *** response we got yesterday advising us of a know issue that we clearly already knew wasn’t helpful in the slightest. To then pointing us to a link that didn’t work or when it did, would only advised there’s an issue which again we already knew. Poor Service and Supp.

    @SkyHelpTeam God. My internet access has been gone since what? 9-10pm last night? My devices are running on mobile data (seems to work better than sky, even when running lol). I haven’t got unlimited and I’m running out. Hurry up and get your **** together Sky.
