    I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷

    Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyHelpTeam What emails would I get, this isn’t specifically helping. Ordered iPhone yesterday, came today, activated sim as instructed in the sim manual, phone isn’t activated and cannot use services and haven’t a mobile number. It took 5 mins to activate my tablet no issue.

    Wed 12th, called @SkyHelpTeam to fix tech issue. Couldn’t be sorted so Engineer booked 4 today (14th), told I’d receive conf of timings Thurs. No conf yesterday, no engineer today. Can I discuss this with SKY on the phone now - NO - SKY can’t take calls! #shambles DM me pls!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Please see DM again. Have looked at this link and I don’t understand any of it. No idea what a ‘voice link’ is? My dad is very elderly and would have no idea where to start on this. Please help or could you give him a call on his mobile to speak to him?
