    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I've spoken to a chap at your end. There was a problem with the router which has now hopefully been resolved.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. But all the self help says if you have adverse weather you may have to wait for it to pass, we do have bad weather just wanted to know if it is a local problem to my area.

    @simonfromharlow Well said it's absolutely sh•te. If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

    @OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..

    @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to yourselves a number of times, and we've came to the same conclusion each time that it's to do with Openreach's network and the work they did in September 2018. The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered sky broadband on the 19th of Jan and still haven’t received any equipment. When I go on mysky account it says nothing. Please help - need broadband for the kids schooling

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

    @SkyHelpTeam After over six months of problems, eventually got through to someone at Sky who knew what they were doing. Not set up properly in the first place hence all the issues. All boxes and boosters not meshed up in the first instance.Basics!!

    @SkyHelpTeam So still no internet almost 2 weeks after we first lost our fibre connection. Apparently #btopenreach are working on it... for over a week now. I work from home using the internet. Just a standard automated text every 48h plus @SkyHelpTeam have no info. Appalling service.

    @SkyHelpTeam your website is the single worst thing i have never navigated, i have spent an hour on this website and all i wanna do is remove a tv package and upgrade my broadband project, so as your support team isnt working like everything else u produce so hope you see this.

    @Marina723750961 @LukeSumm @SkySports My point is why has everyone got a problem with a player who was only signed on a season long loan saying his only plan for next season is to go back to the club he is under contract with when the loan deal expires, do you have a point?
