    @thehundred on @SkyCricket @SkySports is unwatchable. The horrible graphics all over the screen make you feel sea sick! Gave it a chance and it’s horrific.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ll need to wait for the problem to recur for it to be meaningful. I’ll take screenshots when it next happens and note down whether the DNS server entries change as delivered by DHCP.

    @SkyHelpTeam A fixed price offer is exactly that a fixed price until the end of the minimum term, so any price increase violates the terms of the agreement at the point of sale. Therefore we should be able to cancel without penalty. Because it would appear that a misrepresentation was made.

    @ChrisMa10177295 @SkySportsF1 @SkySports It actually further supports the fact that by Abu Dhabi they were level and therefore what happened there ultimately decided the championship, that's the problem. Had LH won this way it would be the same problem. It's not about LH vs MV, it's about how the FIA handled it

    @SkyHelpTeam Being asked to log & book a visit. We did that on Friday and we’re told Open Reach had sorted the issue. Had problems over the weekend and yesterday. Works for a while, then internet access drops/ disappears. Reason I’m tweeting is that others saying same as me since last week.
