We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy
