@SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, broadband is out in M1 area. The portal just gives a generic message "We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner." - when might we expect this to be completed?
