@LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@SkyHelpTeam We have tried calling a help team constantly through the day and get no answer after lengthy periods of time. Is there no way someone could call us. After being with sky since day one. We have had no sky TV for nearly 1 year now.

@SkyHelpTeam @rosspb I'm afraid I think that UX research was flawed. It's just about the most sought after feature on the Sky user forums and the thing people most missed when they went from Sky+ to Sky Q. It was such a useful feature for live events, for which extra recording doesn't help.
