@SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

@SkyUK when did your call centres or customer services move abroad? Over the years I’ve had a very good experience when having to call you. But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

Honestly give in with @SkyUK . Broadband gone the entire day, crap communication on the causes and resolution, replies switched off on tweets, no urgency demonstrated. Am I able to cancel my contract @SkyHelpTeam I work from home and this is the second time this has happened.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not a good advert & incentive for the new Sky streaming Glass TV & the new streaming box… is the outage linked to WhatsApp outage too? Is it a test & prelude to winter blackouts…? Too many services rely on single resources which cause a domino effect when there are issues
