@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

@LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

@SkyUK Utterly poor service from @SkyUK. They don’t even know how to reschedule a home move—leaving me with no internet at both the old and new property. My new property has no master socket (likely removed during renovation), yet customer care insists the line is “active.”
