Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

Prior to being cut off I was told I would have no service until 27 Oct. How can I speak to someone that can help?

However sky are claiming to have not received this (typical) and are seemingly trying to reconnect me when I have now have a contract in place with virgin!!
