I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

@sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

For the love of god do not phone @SkyHelpTeam on the weekend. Service levels absolutely atrocious. Kept on hold for 20+ minutes for the operator to come back and tell me to phone back as his computer was slow 😩 #shockingservice #customerexperience
