@SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

@SkyHelpTeam Same problem this week for #HungarianGP feed goes very boxy and audio starts breaking up. I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s your feed that you charge people for or whether it’s my hardware, dish or box. Not happy.

@SkyUK Why when you pay an Extortion amount for Sky TV are you not allowed to download Sky Go onto your smart TV or be able to mirror from phone to a TV etc ? If you pay for sky you should be able to watch it how you please using your login ID. Total Rip Off Sky as per usual!

@SkyHelpTeam When I signed up for my TV deal I got told it would be £27/£30 a month, on some manager offer deal but when I look at my future bills it's showing up at £40.. Can we fix this please?
