@SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

@SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was just wondering if your tech team made any progress with Openreach regarding improvements to the existing copper line on our estate? @OpenreachHelp are taking no responsibility (as usual...), but it's their network that's causing the slow speeds.

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

@SkySports Whomever is commentating on the Wales - Czech Republic match needs sacked. Czech Republic player Kudela took a knock to the face and the commentator says there's people not bothered he takes a knock to the face. What a horrible thing to say. Ridiculous infact.

@SkyHelpTeam having major issues with remotes . Tried charging the batteries and no luck with SkyQ 2TB box . No lights showing whatsoever and weirdly I have a brand new one that also doesn’t work either straight out of the box pressing 1+3 etc . Help using app at moment
