@SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@elliemolloson @SkySports Sky need to hire football experts. Id prefer to hear 'in my experience' as opposed to 'in my opinion' or 'im seeing on social media'.
