    @grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

    @sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyUK are an absolute joke. Left us without any broadband or TV when everything has been arranged for the past month and after waiting talking to 6 people for 2.5hours on the phone still no luck. Keep banging about how we are a loyal customer we are-nice way to show appreciation

    @SkyHelpTeam This issue this morning was the adviser couldn’t give me the same discounts that I got when I signed up ... they were the Black Friday 50% off deals. I assume that given the massive incompetence on your behalf and the huge inconvenience on mine, I won’t be expected to pay more!

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband is without a doubt the worst ive ever had. Switched last month & its not worked for one full day yet. Had an engineer out on tuesday and now having to get another one on monday. I want to cancel, get a refund & switch. Can someone contact me please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Over the Xmas period I was receiving 1.8mg it has been ridiculous and now the kids are doing on line classes because of bozo locking it down again and again after letting all the south run around all december every house hold in my area are using the tiny tiny bit a meg sky offer
