If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. Iโm not the only resident complaining.

Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck ๐
