It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

After I chased sky mobile told nothing sorted but I am definitely to pay for phone as not resolved, no timeline of resolution, could go on for months, and that I could be liable for whole cost if phone not found. And told this is reasonable.
