@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

It started ok & then I realised it was going to be Naomi Watts making a series of excitable phone calls in the woods. Switched off after 20 mins
