    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think this has been with your own complaints department (not that it was a complaint against Sky, it's not your fault, just that they could talk to Openreach), but even they couldn't get anywhere.

    Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

Now this is great and all but I feel the service is very poor and this is what the use as a selling point of SkyQ. I'm now experiencing a bug with YT app shutting down randomly when selecting.     @SkyHelpTeam We are coming up to day 7 with no broadband, and no contact from sky or open reach as to what is happening. Every day without broadband is another day my husband cannot work. Please help, this is getting very stressful.

    @PaulMcgurran1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve frequently found things go on there with no HDR and sometimes I event watch the SDR, only for the HDR to sometimes arrive later (even days later), which is frustrating. And for loads of stuff it just never arrives (even though the titles remain in the HDR section).

With it being Christmas new orders are being completed in the new year for most people (dependant on area times may vary). Just a heads up before some poor agent gets shouted at
