    @SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”

    @SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

    Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, so everything is working fine right now but the connection keeps dropping in the evenings and running those tests at that time just says there's no problems in my area but that there's a problem and runs me through basic troubleshooting steps.

    @anneramsey740 @SkyUK Anne when sky went from normal b/band to s/fast I was advised that it was a con as no engineer came out to change anything or upgrade wiring. It was done over a phone call and done in seconds. How is that kind of upgrade only a call away? But if its any help mine is up/down 2.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, the fluctuations in what I get makes my SkyQ box unwatchable, Ive had these issues on and off for years now and I am just about done with it.

    @Evil_piccolo @SkyHelpTeam Yep and usually by the time I've faffed around and contacted someone, it'll have started working again anyway. Had no issues for over a year but the past few months it seems to always be dropping in the evenings.
