The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.
