A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!
