Was going to keep @SkyUK movies and sports and not bother pausing, but got home tonight and subs going up and only signed up in November, good job I added sports and movies separately after install cancel anytime, **** pausing, cancelling

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, I "fix the problem" with guides, every other day...shouldn't be a problem every other day though. And the days i cant you've got to spend an age trying to call you. You can't treat customers like that, the service is just poor. Its needs sorting from a company pov.

@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.
