    Just had a text message from @O2 within 2mins of posting on twitter, shame they weren't on the ball earlier wanting to look after a long standing customer. Thanks to @SkyUK I'mgoing to be £29.50 better per month with far superior package on two phones

    @CraigioAndrew @SkyHelpTeam Just called up and there’s a problem in Walkley. Apparently an @WeAreOpenreach engineer has been informed but I could take up to 5 days. Fingers crossed it doesn’t take that long 😬

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to do it on line and I’m going round in circles, if no one rings me in the 24hrs I will cancel my DD. I am not a key worker so I can’t ring in I’m retired and this is driving me up the wall.

    @SkyHelpTeam we speak daily, two or three times. Last time was a call that lasted 30 minutes and ended 15 minutes ago. "It's down to openreach, they are the only ones who can do the linework" @OpenreachHelp deny this, although from where I sit, the ball is indisputably in their court.

    @SkyUK you need to work on your customer service. been waiting for 2 weeks to get a technician., been sitting at home since 8am and still nothing not even a text to give me a timing range just a dry "[wait till 5pm] we request you to wait until the engineer arrived".
