    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam "however we'd advise to call us" - have you actually tried this ? I'm not prepared to sit on the phone for an hour waiting for a representative only to be cut off after 45 minutes. I just want to cancel my contract, so if you can confirm you've rec'd the request, then we're good.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Neil_D55 Please provide useful information. 1- what caused the outage 2- what steps are currently being taken? If you don't understand these questions, please find someone who does. If you don't care - just say so. Pretending to update your customers is starting to infuriate people.
