    So 6 months since I ordered tv,phone and broad from @SkyUK to be told today that I can’t have fibre. Shocking service absolutely shocking customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    @brianleedsluke @SkyHelpTeam Good tip...I’m a platinum customer but they’ve scrapped that using COVID as an excuse. There is no reason why phones services should be affected by lockdown. Tbh it’s been a problem from day one having to reset, upstairs hub recording terrible but definitely been worse lately

    @jonny_mcd @harry_main02 @SkyHelpTeam Yes no internet since early hours yesterday. No further Service status updates either. Disgraceful we have no further information from sky. I understand it’s an issue at our local telephone exchange and engineers working on it since early hours yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. I’ve done that and have just said it doesn’t work because there’s no outside connection. Please do some investigation on your side with the network as it goes down frequently instead of just fobbing customers off!!

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband down AGAIN in Manchester. Online help tips don’t work because there’s no connection. Happened multiple times, every day this week. Terrible service. Be more transparent with customers and tell us there’s issues rather than fobbing off to the online help
