But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

Jon (@JonJlydiatt) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it
