    @SkyHelpTeam I have. The problems on YOUR line but because I’m on a rolling contract not a fixed term I have to pay for an engineer to come out but it’s free if I sign up to a fixed term one. #nothanks #imleaving

    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

Would need cameras at every ground, presenters, pundits, not sure we make enough money as a sport to fund that

    @SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    @SkyUK Same here I've been withem over 20 years - I've given notice and the best they can do is £50 for TV and internet with no new equipment. Sky customer service is going down the pan.
