    @SkyHelpTeam That’s already been done and I was told someone would be out to fix the fault at the exchange box, and I would get a text message to confirm when the work had been done, still no text message and still no internet

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ha. Chance would be fine. Still no broadband after 2 days due to an outage AB22 area. Openreach contact I have knows its not their side, its with Sky. Seems legit given my neighbour is BT from same exchange and has no issues. Don't ask me to run any tests, done already. Still out

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam what is going on NOW? Totally disgusted by my customer experience with you. I ordered my broadband on 6th Dec and I am still no closer to getting it installed and it’s now 31st January. I haven’t been able to WFH for 2 months now! This needs sorting!

    Hi @bt_uk & @SkyUK from a customer service perspective how would you keep a customer who has had no internet connection for 14 days updated as to when the service they pay for will be back up and running? Just that@virginmedia don’t appear to do anything, just curious.
