    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

    @FaxBrony @paul_warrand @Fi3ld23 @SkySports Calm down Bundesliga had 10 positive tests results. Now these players are isolating there will be zero players with covid training tomorrow. Tests done twice a week to minimise risk. Safest working environment on earth.

    @SkyHelpTeam one of your help categories other than COVID/key worker/vulnerable customers is being unable to access Sky services but there is no option for this on contact number IVR and online guides and tests can’t fix broadband fault also impacting TV viewing - help please

    @DaleSugden @granty__no1 @SkySports @GNev2 Premier League Clubs work on budgets as well. The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

    @SkyHelpTeam Have problems with our broadband HD8 . It's not been working properly since your engineer decide you put the router in a room with 2 walls between our main tv . Not connecting at all today .

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't think you're understanding the point. Using the same device I get either full speed or 1/4 speed depending on which test server is connected to. As my device is the same / not changing between tests this would indicate a network issue.

    @TardyGinger @SkyHelpTeam Yeah exactly last night 11:30pm and oh look speed is perfect. Last week it was going down 20 times in half an hour repeatedly LMAO but hey the issue is on my end when hundreds report this crap. Ofcourse lets run a Line test, no issues shown, 0 liability to be taken.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well yeah that's kind of the point. your test is running a Line test not an actual speed test. On every single device on ethernet or wireless i have a stupidly unusably high 100-200 ping. The issue is with you guys how many times do we need to say this?

    @TardyGinger @SkyHelpTeam Yeah i might do the same myself honestly. I will admit i've not had much issue with sky in my years with them, but these outages happen more and more frequently and this help is actually just a time waste to get to 11pm closing hours lol.

    @MikeCZEC @SkyHelpTeam Same issue here i'm getting sick of being unable to use this internet that i am paying for. Have you found any info on this? 6pm onwards and constant 0.30Mb/s down from 60 and 200ping honestly so frustrating.
