    @SkyHelpTeam I have. The problems on YOUR line but because I’m on a rolling contract not a fixed term I have to pay for an engineer to come out but it’s free if I sign up to a fixed term one. #nothanks #imleaving

    So 6 months since I ordered tv,phone and broadband from @SkyUK to be told today that I can’t have fibre. Shocking service absolutely shocking customer service.

    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    Absolutely disgusting service from @SkyUK today. Told that I can't raise a complaint about my wifi issues after having Sky Q fitted recently and have to wait 10 days for an engineer. As if working from home as a key worker wasn't hard enough. I need my wifi to work properly!

    @NormanBrennan @SkySports I don't pay a TV licence fee, I have never paid a penny to Sky and cannot remember how many years ago was the last time I bought a newspaper. It isn't difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam what’s happened to my signal, Ultra HD on my sky 2tb dropped off. This is horrendous. Tried all the self help and then when I call and wait to get through your person says they cannot hear me. Funny how when I call anyone else they can. Not happy.
