When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.
