  @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

  @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

  @SkySports For the 2nd night running awful picture quality on sky sports+ matches when watching through the app! Blurred, shadowing edge/like double vision around the players. If you're gonna hold the monopoly on all these games, at least sort out the picture quality on the app!

  @SkyUK As I’m not the named account holder you will not allow me to cancel our account either over the phone, or online for security reasons. Why in that case would you let me add or upgrade services both over the phone or online. Why don’t you have any security issues here?
