    @SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

    @SkyUK when did your call centres or customer services move abroad? Over the years I’ve had a very good experience when having to call you. But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

    .@SkyHelpTeam Now had 3 emails from 3 people about CRN: 1659716813. Have responded as requested and latest repeats earlier requests. I have no resolution after several weeks. Seems #sky is more interested in its own process rather than a good outcome for a 21 year + customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but the Sky App was useless as it kept saying that everything was fine when the Sky Router was clearly showing that the internet was down! Our local residents group on FB gives better information that the Sky App - this really needs work!!
