    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

    @SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't got a signal. At all. I have no broadband connect. I have done every diagnostic possible, I have rang up and spoken to multiple people, they do not know what the issue is either
