@SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkySports I’m no @NUFC fan but them players aren’t playing for Bruce. They were slow, lacklustre & lazy today. 4-4-2 against a team with a 5 man midfield was disastrous for them. Schar, Lewis, Manquillo, Hendrick & Carrol are below average players not good enough for the @premierleague!
