@SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

@SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@SkyHelpTeam No there is no option to chat to anyone and no telephone numbers. The only number is managed to find on your website is for Key Workers only...and guess what...the automated options refer you back to the website or sky app. Appalling service
