@SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

@Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

@SkyHelpTeam That’s already been done and I was told someone would be out to fix the fault at the exchange box, and I would get a text message to confirm when the work had been done, still no text message and still no internet

When it comes to reliably @SkyUK must have the worst ratings although there last bodge job has lasted for a couple of months on a better note I’ve seen signs that @virginmedia are getting ready to start working in my area so hopefully it’ll be bye bye #sky and cheaper than them

@SkyHelpTeam Sky internet dropped again for the 3rd time today, also drops out most nights. Constant problems not good. You’re going to have to start refunding the money you take when not providing the service.
