    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had slow broadband connection since Thursday so did an online test tonight. Followed your instructions and now have no broadband at all. No engineer till 24th sept and 30 min queue on phone. Service couldn’t be any shitter!

    @SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

Would need cameras at every ground, presenters, pundits, not sure we make enough money as a sport to fund that

    @SkyHelpTeam So, I have concluded there are issues with my WIFI Extender. My desktop is connected to it via ethernet, and the connection on that has been on and off, or it cannot handle heavy loads without dropping out. So I will be replacing the extender and see what happens. 2/2

    @SkyUK how do you propose people use your new TV over WiFi when your Internet connection is unstable and resets throughout the day across the neighbourhood? Rubbish service at a shocking price.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyUK Why can’t existing sky Q upgrade for free plus why would we want a new tv probably smaller then we already own I’ve a 65 inch why would I go to 43 inch that’s a bad idea just make now tv be like it is but with all sky services channels including all bbc itv Chanel’s etc etc
