    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had slow broadband connection since Thursday so did an online test tonight. Followed your instructions and now have no broadband at all. No engineer till 24th sept and 30 min queue on phone. Service couldn’t be any shitter!

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    @jermainemack85 @skytv @SkyUK Press sign in, it still lets you enter the details behind the error message...you can’t see all the keyboard, use your phones to calculate how many times you need to move to enter correct letter etc...when it says you’ve signed in successfully, close the app, open again...

    @SkyHelpTeam @Emilymoz91 This didn’t help. It says the things that everyone would do as a default, then says if that doesn’t work it’s PlayStation’s fault. Which isn’t the case.
