@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not the TV. We have another and it does the same thing. I’ve called and they don’t acknowledge there’s an issue but when contacting via Twitter the last person who responded acknowledged it’s a known issue. I can’t go through the same troubleshooting steps over and over

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott, I was put through to the Sky Q Tech team who suggested I change my TV settings. He even suggested it might be the HDMI cables and sent me a replacement. It’s not the TV or the cables. There are many people on your forum reporting this issue. It’s the HDR box

@SkyUK I can’t keep dealing with these sky mini boxes that cut out 5-6 times a day. Our internet is fine it’s just the mini boxes don’t work. Then you tell us there is a price hike.....really not happy
