So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

Rubbish set up service from @skyuk. Promised smooth transition on Thursday -anything but! No WiFi - hopeless when working from home- Sky TV not working. No engineer available til next week.. not impressed.

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

That @lionsofficial tour was dire. Awful rugby, awful refereeing, just 3 games of scrap. Not much for either side to be proud of. Currently resenting the extortionate @SkySports fees. Well done @WillGreenwood and colleagues for trying to make it sound interesting. Wasn't though.

My internet IP address is on its travels atm. Guess where I am today kind of stuff. This week it says Gillingham in Kent (not the one in Dorset with a hard G) So now every application thinks I’m being hacked @SkyHelpTeam is that your service fault too?

@SkyHelpTeam I have rung 4 times and been promised 2 call backs which never happened. I don’t have time to sit on hold for 30/40 mins at a time when people aren’t doing their job.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I am working from home I just switch to my mobile until comes back up. I dont have time when on a client Zoom call to run down stairs and check the lights. I can try next time. As well as WiFi the tv drops in the second and third multi room boxes. We then have to reconnect.
