July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam This link didn't help him as he's got subtitles on all channels. If he wants to turn them off he has to do it channel by channel. And they still come back. His subtitle menu has English language as a choice. He rebooted Q box but no better. I don't have this and mine are fine.

Been a @skytv @SkyUK TV customer for over 10 years now & been happy. Pity I can't get broadband too so have to get that from BT. My company will be paying my bills but I can't get the bills sent to the company! BT can do that no problem! I might be forced to move on from Sky :(

@SkyHelpTeam Yes there is an outage I was told Wednesday, but they are not able to tell me anymore / how long it’ll be. Surely somebody has a contact at Openreach to provide timescales of a fix given that they provide the line.
