    F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

    @SkyUK want to sign up to your tv and broadband package as I’ve moved was a long standing virgin customer ... but it seems you don’t want new business saying I’m an existing customer (which I’m not) and no response on multiple messages on FB and chat won’t load ...

    @SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

    @SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t have the option to hold the line sadly. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason. Can you advise how I speak to someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We so have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkyUK is there any reason why my WiFi is particularly poor tonight. It’s working, but it takes an awful long time for any pictures of videos to load, if they do at all.
