    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I want to cancel my internet part of the contract, your been unhelpful I have already explained my reasons this has been ongoing for most of the year, I have been fair, when I upgraded my broadband router, it broke my wireless cctv camera which I still need to reconnect and
