Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .
