@SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Michelle. Rang 0333 number, spent 30mins explaining that I want to reduce my £40pm bill for them to try and upgrade my package. Now been on hold for 25mins to speak to ‘value stream’ This is not easy. Can Sky reduce my cost if not I’m prepared to cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam No point sky app not showing true speed I’m getting on app says it’s all fine and always above guaranteed speed which is totally not true your internet is slow unstable and always cutting out. When I do speed test never even hits 40mbs It’s fixed results so you never part with £
