    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyway, that’s the last I’ll say about it. I’ve cancelled my Direct Debit so the ball’s in your court. Suggest you send me a bill for whatever I might owe you; I’ll pay it then we can call it a day. I’ll never use any of your services again.

    Has anyone else have @skytv @SkyHelpTeam not accept the convid-19 has affected your income and they spoken to a manger who said (with smelly ***** and **** attitude) “that the price increase email was sent out on the 11tb of March 2020. So I can’t help you” disgusting company.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @sonnydniro @SkySports Silly really. Liverpool shd b champs we know but all they care abt is crowing them & not losing money. 27k lives & rising don’t matter.     @SkyHelpTeam my one week old #SkyQ has an issue. The picture on the 3 mini boxes keep #freezing or pausing. I have followed all the online help but it is still happening. TV on them is unwatchable. Have tried customer services but the wait time is very long. Any suggestions?

    @J3ssup @SkySports Lol! I mentioned the 2 goals bcz given the level of Sheffield relative to any other team in the league has been so poor. That is why they are 20. Reaching tittle conclusions from that win is absolutely shameful. Let's give them the next 4 or 5 games and see how they come out.

    @CISASUK @MoneySavingExp is it acceptable that I pay @SkyHelpTeam a monthly subscription for McAfee security, for them to say I can't use it because it's broken and they cannot give me any date on when i will get the service back that I'm continuing to pay for? 1/2
