    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @SkyUK poorest service I’ve received today and spoken rudely as well as spoken down to. This service is getting worse and a lot of people need training on how to treat and speak to customers. Just had an individual name Amit from Leeds call centre who was absolutely shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam We had a number of calls on Sunday lasting 2.5 hours. The problem not solved was our inability to access Paramount+ or Discovery+. It was agreed that we would be called this morning about it.

    Hi @SkyUK you’ve emailed to say my PAC code has transferred my phone number over from @EE but it’s not happened yet. New phone still has new number and old phone still has old number and service from EE. Any ideas? Thanks.
