@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

@SkyHelpTeam can someone help me with one of my sky glass pucks. Literally nothing but issues one one of them. Constant issues with remote, and have the pull the plug on it nearly every time I use it. Now it just doesn't turn on and even resetting it does nothing. At with end!
