Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.
