    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection is shockingly bad. I upgraded to your fastest broadband service in May when I moved and it’s worse than any package I’ve ever had with you or any other provider. Can someone get in touch to help me sort this out? So hard working from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam this is ridiculous. My sky internet keeps going down every now and then, it takes HOURS of turning the hub off at the wall and turning it on again and doing that on repeat. I’m getting sick of this. I really am. I’ve tried 5 times in 3 hours and IT STILL WON’T WORK

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m aware they’re not streaming in UHD that’s not what I asked. What I’m receiving though is not even standard definition just pixels and when it does come into a good picture it stops every 10 seconds. Despite being able to stream UHD no issues at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my parents are unable to use their landline. Can’t ring out and nobody can ring in (line is dead) Neighbours are with sky & have the same problem. Where can we find out how long it’ll take to be fixed please, as my Dads just come out of hospital & is worrying!
