@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, switched from skyQ to sky glass a couple of months ago &love it. Just a couple of issues, recently when I try to watch stuff on ITV Hub nothing loads and some of the programmes on prime the colour is awful. Please help TIA

@SkyHelpTeam I travel abroad, turn my data roaming off within 30 minutes of landing, and just receive my bill informing me that 30 minutes has cost me £39. And just been told basically tough luck. Great customer service. 👍🏻

Absolutely shocking service from @SkyHelpTeam, been promised a call back last few days, never happened. Trying to upgrade account, almost as if you don't want the business. Useless Trying to call customer service as you go round in circles. So much for Sky glass
