    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    @hayley_emma1 @bt_uk @SkyUK Interesting that @bt_uk responded quicker than @SkyUK AND they got your name right. Now, if only BT could actually be better at actually getting your phone line working you’d be a happy customer and wouldn’t have to take another half day off work. Fingers crossed H.

    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    Very happy with recent upgrade and customer service from @SkyHelpTeam I wish I could remember the name of person who did my new contract, she was excellent. All visits as planned. BB now 4 times faster at least. WiFi much improved. Sky Q excellent. Saved £40 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Daniel, today we were told that the issue is with Openreach and they cannot give an end date as to when the issue will be fixed. Earlier this week we were told a civil team would be onsite today to carry out works. Teams have been out on at least 3 separate occasions so far.

I pay bit more than I would with mainstream providers but I get a static IP address and great service and customer support when needed. No dodgy call centres Check if you can get full fibre first. Sounds like you're on FTTC

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve had an email to renew & save on @SkySports - just checking if I accept this it won’t affect the end dates of other parts of our contract? We have @btsport due to end in Sept & we’re wanting to cancel that as far too expensive.

    @Specter__Harvey @F1 @GeorgeRussell63 Palmer is almost as bad as Brundle as far as British driver bias. I got F1TV because I wanted to get away from the SkySports media bias and now the F1TV media bias is just as bad. I can't wait till next year when the US gets their own broadcasters.
