I called them to cancel my father's contract after his death and was passed on "cold" twice, so I had to say "my father has died" 3 times. I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
