@SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

@liamoatesss @TheCarltonLeach @SkyUK WH defense team said that WH stated he was in area to pick up N motor becos it had broken down not the reason N is giving in evidence that N picked up WnS from near the lane n drove them away. It was proven in court that actually WH a few days later took the car to a breakers..

@SkyHelpTeam I am having issues watching super rugby on the sky go app on Xbox one. I have a sky multiscreen with sky sports subscription but the only option is to download to sky box. This is only present for the more recent games which is strange. Can you help?
