    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad these last few weeks I’ve used all my phone data and had to buy a bolt for the first time ever. Can’t get through to them on the phone either 🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @SteelTaylord @SkyUK What was there solution? I’ve got too many devices connected so had to remove all smart home devices off the network and split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands. Helped a little and at least we can stream stuff in full HD (not 4K) now but they need to improve the infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam Well I’ve entered many not got any joy there’s so many things that could be done to reward customers better. You gave every customer a film on sky one but what did the people who have movies get?

    Had @SkySports @SkySportsNews on pause. Fast forwarding through is so more enjoyable. Seeing same pictures of a plane at Turin airport 6 times in 15 mins sums up how poor the coverage is nowadays .

    @mjwildman1 @SkySports There was no ‘Get Carney’ “rubbish”. The club called her out on her lazy punditry and it led to her being criticised. One or two people may have taken it too far which is wrong but the vast majority were just in agreement that she is a poor pundit. Nothing wrong with that. 🤡
