  @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

  @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
