@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

@SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

@SkyHelpTeam 2022 and still sky internet is shocking, get skyglass no need for a dish or box, how i wish I still had a dish so I can watch tv. Great internet speed coming into the house but can’t do anything on anything in the house. Utter crap but they’ll say it’s fine etc, time to leave sky
