    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @THogwood @SkyUK Eh? Nobody is forced to buy into this. It’s TV as a service. From the reviews I’ve read, the device you get is very capable and not some cheapo unit you’d be disappointed with.

    Today mum received @SkyUK glass. Verdict: 👎 for picture quality on Netflix. Probably because when you sign in they link your existing account and change it to basic (or you can’t add it)
