@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam Nope came back eventually but your self help tool is terrible and doesn't actually diagnose any faults which is clear because the router showed dsl down no ip address and couldn't ping or trace route. You need to look at that especially if you tell customers that it's useful
