No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
