    @SkySports No problems with that whatsoever. You can’t start a new season when there’s just 8/9 games left. Play 2-3 games a week.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I go to the link and do all what it says and it asks if it works, which it doesn’t , it just takes me to a blank page so there is no further help

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

    @SkySports Yes absolutely we’ll done for their continued dialogue BUT this should have never been necessary. Yes the club have done the right thing but only after the uproar! What cannot be undone is the original decision and the thought process that led them to make it in the first place!!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

    Has anyone face a bill increase & poor customer service from @SkyHelpTeam during this period. I’m aware I’m owed more than £300 pounds due to the poor broadband service since 2018/19

Terrible shame for the red lot from across the park but you win some, you lose some... couldn’t happen to s nicer bunch...

    So what happened to #skybroadband on 28/12/20? Lots of customers complaining that day. Did they ever explain? Did they ever answer? Are they going to answer a phone again? Are they going to to answer my email? I was trying to upgrade! God help anyone trying to complain! @SkyUK

    @SkySports Liverpool just got deservedly beat by Southampton with only 1 piss poor shot on target all game, they have an away record so bad, it's midtable at best but it's not their fault because Man United got a lot more penalties than them last season. Sounds like scouse logic

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m having trouble staying connected. We recently got a new broadband box fitted in that boosted the download speed to 190mbs but I disconnect from it occasionally on my phone and when I check it says ‘weak security’. My box is directly underneath me so the range isn’t a problem
