    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

    My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad these last few weeks I’ve used all my phone data and had to buy a bolt for the first time ever. Can’t get through to them on the phone either 🤬🤬

    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - I am trying to cancel my Sky TV account, I cannot call (as you are not taking any non-C19 affected phone calls) or email and your online chat takes ages. Please confirm best way to do this.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I was left no option. Its the last payment you will receive from me & I will be switching to virgin media due to the way you treat customers. It’s absolutely disgusting & sheer bribery! I’ve spoken with 2 sky members who agree the way you handle said issues is absurd! Get2fuk

    @SkyHelpTeam All I wanted to do was to give my dad my data but he has his own number so it appears not to be possible. Seems stupid that I have spare data and he has none but I can’t gift it to him

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Natalie_Cureton Laughingly, I have just received an email to say I have “had” and outage and giving me 2GB mobile data to my piggy bank as compensation! “HAD” - we still have an outage and no, your link does not give any details except to say there is a full, No timescale for repair!

    @Shaprice_ @SkyHelpTeam It like they don’t know their arse from their elbow. If they have a time frame I don’t think it would be much of an issue for people but have nothing back other than **** reply like that make it more frustrating
