    @SkyHelpTeam Its my sky Q keeps turning off and freezing. As per my bills, I'm sick of being charged an admin fee every time my contract ends and I have to reduce my bill. Y am I paying extra to cancel channels to afford it. Y am I paying extra for a discount u could give me anyway? #loyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

    @SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

    @opposethe100 @SkySports That'll be down to these being overseas tours that BT will have aggressively bid for. The Hundred is part of the deal they have with the ECB to cover cricket here. If you were Aus/Wi & had a product worth £5m & Sky offered you £6m & BT offered you £10m why would you go with Sky

    @SkyUK sync issues on Sky glass sound. Tiger Woods hall of fame can’t stream to the end just cuts off at 2:33m . No app for ch5 yet. This TV just gets worse. Worst purchase yet.

    @SkyHelpTeam i have moved into a new house and taken tv and broadband with us. The internet wont be active till the 16th why is it going to take so long? Iv been a loyal customer for around 13 years.
