Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?
