Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

They could had applied same due diligence to also go back even beyond the Salah incident to the one Macallister fouled the Egyptian in the box prior to the switch of play to Salah - unfair!
