Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.
