The same crap excuses everytime this subject is brought up. Somebody can sit next to me with scalding hot tea, but I can't sit with a beer. #

@Mr_B_solihull @Villasince82 @SkySports Think the Grealish deal was on the cards and achievable, he’s improved the City team. Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@peterhill93 @PeterWellDone @SkyUK I use the Sky Superfast which averages 65mb/s to a south London address. Only £28/month and no line rental. I’d check reviews local to you as service varies locally between providers.

@SkyHelpTeam 22nd January this was by phone call and the text messaging service. We tried to see if we could get a cheaper deal but there was nothing they could do for us so we felt we had to cancel as it’s far too much money to pay out at the moment,particularly when friends are paying less

@SkyHelpTeam …given that most don’t now have internet, that’s not a particularly clever way of receiving feedback. More importantly you are not picking up an issue other than at the box isn’t responding this is a woefully floored strategy for mass outages.

@SkyUK my internet was meant to be active today and found out it was pushed back a week. So I have no internet or telly from them and in a new house with no entertainment!! I’m paying for Netflix Disney plus which I can’t use!! Sky your service is appalling

One thing that's worse than being told there's absolutely nothing anyone can do, is that 12 hours after the initial problem someone does something to fix it.@SkyHelpTeam have been more than useless and cost me a full day of internet. Early termination request submitted🖕
