    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I need your help ! Every night my interrogation goes down between 12.30 and 3 am !! During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no Sky Tv and you’ve now postponed next engineers visit for 10 March. Last 8 evenings patchy internet with unstable signal. This is dire. Need net to watch tv. Help.

    @emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

    @SkyHelpTeam I recently was offered a free 2 months of UHD. Should i want to cancel it would i need to give 30 days notice. EG.. If the end of the offer is 01/03/2023 I have to cancel it 30 days earlier... Thanks.

    @CodeRainster @SkyHelpTeam My sky broadband is awful WiFi constantly drops out, struggle watching 4k content when kids are on their consoles, max speed I can get is 35mb in my street. I will be changing broadband providers in May now we've now got VM down the street. Can't fault their TV though.

    @SkyHelpTeam I contacted you online about a complaint via email at your Customer Support address on 12 December and received an automated response telling me I'd receive a personal reply in 24 hours. Can you explain why, on 29 December, over 400 hours later, I'm still waiting??

    On the phone to @SkyUK to renew my package with them. So far, been cut off twice and not put through to the department we really need to speak to. On hold again now. This is what Sky Diamond VIP service looks like.

    @SkyHelpTeam Numerous times. As it said in the contact form message you autodeleted - it isn’t a standard problem that fits on the call handler’s script. Ironically, the phone number you’ve texted me has directed me back to the line system that has repeatedly failed me.
