    @SkyUK I just gave up and have decided to stay with the **** service that I get at Virgin. What a pity. I was actually quite excited about getting away from Virgin because for the past five days the immediate postcode has been without service. Don’t say I didn’t try…Jeff

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, local issue reported, which could take up to 2 hrs to resolve (I first got this response when I checked at around 10pm last night) thanks for your quick response!

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

    @SkyHelpTeam Totally separate no link. I need to be able to use my data and household sky package for free as billed. And be recognised as an actual customer. My parents need to be able to link there new sky ID created today by me to Sky Mobile so they can sign their agreement

    @rachaelgibbonss @SkyHelpTeam @MarkMounfield I just took a look at my Now Broadband account and it says the replacement part that took 24 hours to get delivered did not solve the issue. So the engineers are at square one with no clue. Just ridiculous! For a whole town to be out of service this long is terrible
