Feicking hell @SkyHelpTeam an engineer looked at my problem in the 19th and realised they needed a site visit but NOONE has contacted me to arrange that. Because it’s open and I haven’t arranged a time I can’t arrange a visit now. It has to clear first ???

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, though it’s day #20 without phone line or broadband, we’ve had to pay for additional data bolt-on’s with our mobile phone suppliers during this outage, the next bill from Sky is due on Friday and we are expected to pay full price for a service that is unavailable, its a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam my internet has been off since 4:30 this morning and has not resolved I keep checking service status with the same message that there is a local outage and will take a few hours to fix well it’s been over 12 hours what is taking so long
