@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

@SkyHelpTeam They were going down next doors path when i opened the door he had a lanyard on but made no attempt to show any ID. Reason I ask is cause earlier 3 young lads were walking UP & Down past the same houses earlier. Now those house get a house call at night

@iownfivewiis I spent over an hour to Sky on the phone this evening and they convinced me I needed an engineer. Turns out it was an area outage. Why didn't I get told that on the phone? Absolute joke, @SkyHelpTeam. I need to cancel my engineer now before you charge me for that!

@JaySeeDeCaux @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia I pay sky over £200 a month for a premium service, not to be lied too, I won't stand for it and if virgin do it I will give them a chance to sort it like I gave sky the chance and they failed on basic customer service.
