    Just cancelled my @virginmedia account due to the person on the other side of the phone was not worthy of my hard earned money because of mr Tosin you lost a valued customer of over 5 years. @SkyUK @TalkTalkTV @BTGroup I am available for your services. Best offer wins

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf Im still waiting. Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    @SkyHelpTeam at the risk of sounding cynical. Since canceling my TV subscription, my WiFi router has become nigh-on useless when I'm upstairs in my mere 2 bed semi house. Any ideas? Do you hand out boosters for such instances? Any help would be grand. Thanks.

    Absolutely disgusted with @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband ... its taken over 5 weeks to attempt to set up our broadband wifi after - cancelling the order because they got address wrong / setting the date back two times / sending an engineer out on week 5 /line not working DISGUSTING

    @SkyHelpTeam .. new skyglass customer. I have set a programme on c5 to my watchlist but it always takes me to Amazon prime, any ideas why. It's a pain in the rear 🤔
