Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

Decent HD & sound quality on all channels, and at £60 my package is £41 cheaper than what Virgin Media were going to charge me next month. And Sky's Customer support (so far) has been much better than theirs.
