  @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

  @OpenreachHelp No unfortunately not. Our provider is @SkyUK and they said it should be resolved in 24 hours. We urgently need this up and running. Apparently it’s an external network event. Not sure what that means?
