@SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

@RealGaryWebster @SkySports @Arsenal VAR hasn't improved anything, we used to argue about the ref getting it wrong, now we argue about VAR getting it wrong! Only difference is that it takes VAR longer to come to the wrong decision. Go back to how things were, it'll never be perfect, and I'm ok with that.

@SkyHelpTeam In fact we tested @itvhub on glass and Q tonight. The quality on Q is MILES better and no motion judder. You can't see what you are rewinding on ITV hub on glass as you're constantly stopping and starting plus no FF/Rew buttons doesn't help.
