Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp I’m ashamed and appalled with the level service. Capone to ten plus people within sky and everyone has lied and just given me lip service. In the meantime I’m paying for a service and not receiving it and being lied to.
