Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

@SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@virginmedia The call agent was not welcoming when taking the call, you can tell she was stuck up her own ***, and got worse when I said I want to cancel my package after only getting below 50% speed of my broadband the past 6 month that I'm paying for full price. @skyuk offered a better deal
