    @SkyHelpTeam Yesterday.....seems there are issues all over the place and no one seems to be able to do anything.....if neither the Engineers could fix it....must a problem with the entire system....

    So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done the other checks. Check via phone failed. Check via laptop failed also. The road where the exchange is is being dug up by the gas board. I have no doubt that's where the problem is.

    Cannot believe @SkyHelpTeam have advised me to do this after I told them I was in isolation There are alternative options to print the label, such as at a local library. Your bills will be adjusted for the loss in service in the meantime, however the device itself would remain
