Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
