    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the wi-fi constantly dropping in the Bury BL9 area? over the last 2 weeks the wi fi signal strength/speed is frequently dropping from a usual 25/30 mbs to as low as 0.75/4mbs at all times of the day/night.

    @SkyHelpTeam My brother has been waiting three weeks for a Sky engineer to make his TV work. Today, the engineer arrived, couldn't find the front door, and drove off. He has now been told he has to wait another two weeks. Obviously unacceptable. Customer Service do nothing.
