@skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

Do you know if there is going to be an audio update to allow “proper” surround sound? Just seems a shame that the Prime, Netflix and AppleTV apps don’t have this issue

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma. This is a physical issue with the @paramountplus app when using SkyQ. As I mentioned before there is no issue with any other app. I have a non Atmos surround setup and it is setup correctly. Is there a way that this issue can be looked into by the tech team?
