The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. Make sure you ring the cancellation people, they will be UK based and will be helpful. You have 14 days to cancel and they'll try to keep you but you can cancel if all else fails.
