    Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Still you should work on an entertaining message whilst there’s no signal. Went through the 5 steps and checked with other residents. Fault seems to be communal aerial on our so it’s over to @jjcaspell to send us someone

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had 6 engineers out since March to fix a problem with our line. Just had someone take a look on Friday and apparently fix it, except it’s still not fixed and our internet still is dropping out. We’ve now had unusable internet for 6 months!
