    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam just moved flat and waiting for installation as a new customer for broadband and a tv package and have to wait 3 weeks for this. I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, I am still having problems - getting a terrible speed and that test doesn't work - it just tells me the speed to my hub could be faster, drops my connection during testing and complains there's no connection! Our socket is fine.

    So renewed my contract with @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam for 18months. Increasing my service and adding multi room!! 2 months later I receive a letter to say my monthly payment is increasing by £3! Doesn’t sound a lot but it’s the principle! Called to say why is this this case

    @SkyUK advise that they are within their rights to increase bills by 10% per year. Even though I just changed my package 2 months ago they can increase the price and still expect me to pay it. I am unable to cancel my contract as I am “tied” in for another 16 months.....
