No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

When I come to think of it, most managers don’t actually speak about things like that outside of TV interviews after the match. Some younger managers may put an instagram post but it’s mainly done via interviews on club socials or the media and as I said, the fact that doesn’t exist from him lies to two clubs, Cel*ic and Hearts. Heart’s social media and networking team should be the ones receiving the flak as it’s them that are responsible for putting out the club content.
