    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

    @SkyHelpTeam You are pushing out less than 10fps. The quality is terrible. I can stream Netflix 4k fine, Amazon at 4k etc. Box office app on PC and Mac terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no solution found so far. Like I say the standard box office channel works but the HD channel does not. Considering I'm paying the premium price and not receiving the premium service, I'll have no option but to request a refund. Please can I get a contact for this.
