  @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

  Absolutely pissed off today! My ******* phone line got cut off which means NO broadband at all. Had to ring up @SkyHelpTeam and call out an engineer for Wednesday. **** 2020!!!

  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
