Why doesn’t the ref go to the monitor on the side of the pitch while stockley Park are reviewing the incident so he can discuss it with the other refs so he can look at it as well. In the time most decisions are made the ref could see the incident again with them #var #SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott, as a customer, an automated CRM system to divert me to the correct agent is great. It is just being asked questions and being put on the spot to say things that is not accessible or inclusive. A menu saying "press 1 for upgrades" etc is accessible. Surely UX matters?

@SkyHelpTeam I was never given the option to get a UHD box when I got my last one. There should be an option you can upgrade your box like you do a mobile phone if you keep bringing new models out and not pay full whack for a new one. Especially to platinum VIP customers.
