Rebecca Wicking ✡️ (@rebeccawicking) reported from Islington, England@sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x
-

Have you met Harj? (@AussieHarj) reported from Walthamstow, England@snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today
-
Byron Leigh (@kamon80) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkySports is anti-spurs. There is no point in listening to the in-studio commentators. I had listened to them when Spurs played Utd, Burnley and now Palace. It is the same crap. Why am I paying for this ****? I suggest people change channels when they are on. #COYS #THFC.
-
Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam Can’t get my broadband to link to the telly. Have got a new hub and set it up fine first of all, now it’s not linked and it won’t link help please. Since the new hub can’t even use my printer 😫

MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace
-
alex forsey (@placesIlove) reported from Poplar, England@SkyHelpTeam So when did Sky take over my service please??
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
-
Kirill Korolyov (@Dremora) reported from Poplar, EnglandWhen you’re on support 24/7 for a week, but your ISP is too poor to hire enough people to resolve issues at night. Or even provide internet connection at night at all. @SkyHelpTeam
Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mitch Penney (@MSP907) reported@SkyHelpTeam Twice I've tried to cancel my account due to your price rises. Twice your systems have been "down". I have open complaints with zero callbacks. This isn't a coincidence - it's a pattern of making it deliberately difficult for customers to leave. Sort it out. #SkyTV
-
Gingermonkey (@Gingermonkey3) reported@SkySports ******* looks likes he going to a wake
-
Graham Robinson (@Nolanhattrick) reported@SkySports you’re always giving the big ‘we are’ though you’ve had no Euro football. You’re good at skimming money so we can watch women’s sport - football, cricket, netball, boxing and any other crap you can. Really sorry for Arsenal fans. Shameful.
-
Erjan Giritlioglu (@Erjan_2010) reported@SkyUK so I’ve joined sky mobile my wife got mixed up with eSIM ? So I deleted mine and now no signal Can sky please help me reactivate sim as I can’t wait 2 days for a sim as need phone for work and no WiFi that’s strong enough
-
Tubosun Falowo (@precinoti) reported@__Mainoo37 @goodbadftblpod Not so much about what I believe or what my expectations for my club are. Every fan of any top team must believe and expects that their club wins the league every season. But Scholes and his buddies are not having these discussions as fans rather as ex- footballers and professional pundits. Their professional opinions are viewed as credible, insightful, critical analysis though sometimes subjective to millions football fans who see them as legends of the game and their POV must be from a subject matter experts with logical perspective. Arteta and Arsenal are the only team in the top 6 ( Liverpool and Mancity have lost their managers and key players) that has been competing for the last 4 seasons, not in any form of transition, semi rebuild or full rebuild process. Winning the league was not a fluke but an outcome of a 5/6 years project broken down in phases. The next phase for the team is to dominate the league, retain their title and win domestic and European titles. That Scholes can start making predictions in June 2 is not only delusional but clownish. He can as well just go to Talksports and Skysports and start doing like some of their clown pundits and say outlandish stuff just to generate revenue.
-
dennis kabei (@Bwire_22) reported@SkySports That's greed Enrique...help others who have none
-
DanWot (@danwot) reportedMore sky sports ****. Course they'll be arrest where there's in excess of a million people. Pointless story just another angle to have a pop at The Arsenal. Nice try skysports, you can kill our day today !
-
Keith Tsang (@kidtsang) reported@Gareth_Hayward @SkySports I've had that issue too! It’s frustrating when the tech doesn’t cooperate, especially during live events. It seems like streaming platforms often struggle with user experience when demand spikes. Any updates on when it might be fixed?
-
Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@SkyUK Anyone at Sky care to comment? I’ve tried to start a formal complaint but can’t because despite being a named authorised person I need my husband’s log in details - the patriarchy is strong.
-
𝔾𝕠𝕕𝕖𝕪 (@mengyimiwoho) reported@FabrizioRomano Ibrahima Konaté leaving Liverpool as free agent is no news to me. I remember his performance against Galatasaray this season, one of the worst individual performances I have watched. And according to SkySports 62 percent of Liverpool goals conceded this season were as a result of Ibrahima Konaté’s mistakes. Liverpool should just move on.
