@SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam The engineer visiting my flat last year asked me to call SKY and have it changed since everything else was ok. It's a terrible service for someone that's been with sky for 5 years. Looking for a change now.

@SkyHelpTeam Okay well why isn’t there a proper support number I can call because all the numbers try and sell me additional services or tell me to go to your website. Which is an absolute waste of time. That’s why I’m tweeting. You do t have proper support!!

@SkyHelpTeam I see a number of people are reporting an outage in north London again. I am one of them. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

@SkyHelpTeam every time I turn my sky q box or sky q mini I have no internet when the internet in the house is working fine. Spent over half hour on the phone on Friday and was told the issue had be sorted.

@HolaR58851628 @rafferty_nigel @SkySports I think that’s exactly right. We can argue whether someone was an inch ahead or not. The fact is they are both aggressive racers and in this case max came off worst. He had no need to do it. He’d have got the lead back eventually no doubt.

@SkyUK is such a grubby, money-grabbing company. Just found out they have been massively over-charging my 80yo Nan for services she is never going to need (e.g. Kids TV package) No respect for loyalty, no respect for elderly and vulnerable people. I'll be cancelling ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam There *wasn't* a call! That's the point. I'm supposed to be getting a call from a manager on Saturday to address the problem. Today I got an email saying "We're writing to confirm that you have agreed to take up the following fantastic offers" - I did not agree, I was not asked.

@SkySports Verstappen weaved down straight in sprint to break tow & GP for Hamilton not to try it. Going into corner looked level, then there overspeed, assume either Verstappen KERS or Hamilton backing out. Both could avoided it but born racers. Hamilton taking chances Verstappen would.
